Design RV

Purchased new June 2024. Returned to manufacturer in September to replace internal wall and to repair right hand external wall due to wall letting go from frame . In August of this year reported excessive water pooling on roof. Told to take to RV World Wodonga for inspection which we did in October and subsequently had a report done which is attached stating that roof when level holds 200 litres of water before run off. Depth of Water level around aircondioner is 28 ml!!! After this reported to Design RV and also sent photos attached which showed upper cupboards left and right have dropped with roof approximately 10 mm around aircondioner. Have rang warranty and service and have been told it has been submitted and could be months before outcome !!

Roof design is causing this problem and would not recommend this particular model Design RV to anyone
