Great Juicer – High yield with very dry residue. Best feature is the reverse switch. Easy clean as it comes apart in pieces. I've bought & tried 9 juicers, this is the best one

Rubbish – Our new Devante just arrived we put in two small carrots cut in half machine has jammed and now unable to remove part to free up I guess the next option is to bin IT?

Worst juicer ever – This is literally the worst juicer I've ever used. Bought it on recommendation from a friend (!!), have used it probably less than 15 times (over less than 6 months) and today am throwing the whole thing in the bin. It will not cope with any sort of hard vegetable at all, like carrots. The pulp chute blocks all the time, no cleaning brush provided so unless you have tiny, tiny fingers you will find cleaning it a complete hassle. It turns off/gets stuck multiple times during juicing so you have to dismantle and clear it all out then start again. The worst thing though is that it's impossible to dismantle. The pieces are so difficult to get off the machine, literally this last time I attempted to juice, I couldn't get it apart, even resorting to tools, so it's all going in the bin. Couldn't even rinse it before throwing it out, as can't get the juicing parts off the machine. Save your money, buy a better juicer.

Thank you Velerie. No need for a refund, I'm just glad to see the back of it. Thanks for trying to fix the issue, though. I've now bought a MOD juicer and so far it's been fantastic.
