youtube tutorials. It's very quiet compared to an Omega Juicer I had years ago. I am happy and sometimes surprised by how much juice it can make from the ingredients I use. The pulp is quite dry, not soggy at all which indicates to me that max juice has been extracted. I only make juice with it. And I love the vacuum feature. I have 2 bottles which means I can seal a couple of bottles for the next day. Service is friendly and fast. Shipping and delivery are fast. I recently ordered a new pulp extractor. Froothie's website is easy to navigate & the order was processed and shipped quickly. Thanks Froothie for a great product. Makes one wonder why more household appliances can't be built to last.

and I will either use 1/3 the same day or vacuum it for the day after - with the rest in 2 ice cube trays. I'm juicing an entire head of celery, a few carrots, and sometimes cucumber, pears, kiwi, zucchini etc. The health benefits of doing this is amazing as I am taking in such a huge boost of potassium and nutrition. The first juice I had left me feeling electric, and the first few days were an eye-changer in optimising my health and wellbeing.

The Optimum H3000 2nd gen is easy to clean, and also a marvel of aesthetics. I keep it on the kitchen table every day just as an art piece.

The pieces are very intuitive to put together and like I said, the clean up is so easy - much easier than I remember from those old vertical juicers! I chop my celery very small and sometimes i drop little bits of celery because the feeding chute is tapered, but I understand that's the way it is to throw a whole orange, or half a kiwi in there.

Sometimes the vacuum function will suck some liquid and exhaust it under the base of the unit, so be careful and don't overfill the vacuum bottle.

I also have the ice cream strainer but haven't tried it yet - I remember making banana ice cream with frozen overripe bananas so I will have to try that over the Summer.

A must-buy for any aussie or otherwise who wants to get serious about juicing!

By the way, I had to buy this juicer twice - but not due to it being faulty - I had a issue sometime after delivery and receiving the 1st order and was left without anything! To Froothie's credit they offered me a 2nd purchase at 50% of the price as a gesture of goodwill - one which I really appreciate.

low-use so far but so far it is great. we are based in Auckland NZ. PROS: - very easy intuitive assembly. no noticable drips or leaks when dissasembling to clean. - easier to clean than prev (vertical cold press) - easy to use - thorough extraction - very dry pulp - smooth, good consistency juice with little-to-no-froth (tried citrus, celery, spinach, apple, carrot) - seems quiet (this wasn't a priority for us, but it seems fine)

look forward to experementing more, especially with frozen fruit sorbet . will try the nut milk and heating function, plus the vacumme function - but we didn't purchase for those. interested to try making gazpacho as we get lots of tomato and cucumber in our veggy boxes.

CONS: - would be nice if lighter & more compact/ less bench space, but this is not a deal breaker for us. it feels like a sturdy workhorse, which IS the priority for us. - they're not cheap, but we use them all the time, so worth it if we get many years out of it as we did our previous domestic Kuvings.

Really impressed by this juicer. It ticks all of the boxes. Does a great job of juicing any fruit or vegetables and is super easy to dismantle and clean. One of the main reasons that I bought it was for the vacuum sealing function and it works great. Show details ·  1

Pulp extractor became faulty on my mums Optimum H3000, I also had one, so I provided her mine, and purchased a replacement, the replacement solved the problem of it being able to screw on. Where the fault one would not screw on anymore. Not everything last for ever. Thats why there are spare part options available. Show reply

A really great home personal juicer for all vegetables & fruits – Really great personal juicer that I use every day. Great Juicer – I have a number of products from Optimum, and this one is no different. I can make my favourite juice in it, which is a lemon ginger blast, and it just breezes through the ingredients.
