Plastic upper components look mostly quality plastic but concerned about longevity on hinges etc as quite a lot more moving parts than older styles of juicer I’ve owned

Assembly took a few days to get the hang of- still a bit fiddly but getting better at it. Not easy to assemble dissemble.

It is not clog free, both chutes have clogged or partially clogged a number of times.

The clogging does make it tricky to clean out as it cakes inside the chute quite intensively.

These are not deal breakers for me. I do enjoy the quality and quantity of juice it produces- I was doing about 2 litres at a time and pretty vigorous testing.

There are not alot of genuine reviews- don’t be mislead by the AI ish looking ones. I still give it 4 stars but be prepared for the work it involves to use and maintain as already outlined. I hope it goes the distance and will update in a year or 2.

I wish it had some kind of sorbet attachment option. I did try but not sure it’s really designed for it.

and is pretty quiet compared to other juicers i have owned. It works as designed and is easy to operate. And the great part about it is that it cleans up very easily, which means you aren't put off from regular juicing due to a tedious clean up process. It's price is up there, but you won't be disappointed, it ticks all the boxes and is worth every cent. Sometimes going for cheaper options leaves you disappointed and wishing you had spent a bit more for quality( like the Mod), rather than waste your money on a cheaper item that may not last the distance or function as promised. No wonder it is Australia's #1 juicer. It makes great juices and the kids love them as well. Just a side note, customer service is excellent as well. I contacted them as I had a query about something and they replied within 12 hours and went above and beyond to support me. Great service and a great experience from the team at Mod Appliances. I love this juicer. I leave it on my bench and it doesn't take up too much space. It assembles and washes easily. I collect the waste straight into my worm farm food bucket. Easy. Worst product ever have to fight to pull apart for cleaning unable now to use for a month its sealed shut completely has been a struggle to pull apart it locks and can't be unlocked can't get any customer service response from calling..leaving call back request or emails very poor customer service.. Show details

Not for people short of time. I ordered the Cold Press and was offered a free upgrade to the Auto. The auto is not easy to put together or take apart (an understatement) and when you hand wash it the sink is left full of stringy celery. Not 1 minute lol! ages. In fact I had to cut stuff up more than with my 30 year old Breville. It is loud my kids complained. It is also very slow when doing ginger and celery. It is all plastic so likely toxic but worst of all - the turmeric was stuck to the Auger press and it had a sticky glue like texture - god only knows what's going into the juice. Will be returning.

service (who initially said it was normal!) they said they would change the motor for a brand new one. We waited weeks between all of this with no juicer. What arrived was not a brand new motor base! Covered in scratches and chips with finger prints all over it. So incredibly disappointing, especially with how expensive that are!! We requested a refund which was approved but took 2 weeks! We’ve purchased a different juicer from another company which was not at pricey and works amazingly. Do your research.

ticks every box. I’ve definitely found what I was looking for. To top it off, the customer service has been absolutely incredible. NOTE: The lid must be OPEN to lock in and lock out of position. I didn't clearly read this but after I did, the juicer was easily adjusted for cleaning and placement back for next use. Mod cold press juicer auto+. This is a well put together quality juicer. If looking to help your health improve by incorporating fresh healthy juices I have found this model exceeds expectations. Do yourself a favor if you are on the line with purchasing, bite the bullet and just do it; you wont regret it! Id definitely buy it again without a second thought even without the free upgrade/discount.

For once a product lives up to its hype. This MOD Juicer does unquestionably. The big pluses are the wide receiving mouth so minimal cutting up, exceptional easy cleanup, nothing seems to clog it like celery and leafy greens and it's a strong robust machine with great warranty.
