My Mod Gen cold press juicer arrived incredibly fast(within 2 days I think). It was packaged well and it went together easily. and is pretty quiet compared to other juicers i have owned. It works as designed and is easy to operate. And the great part about it is that it cleans up very easily, which means you aren't put off from regular juicing due to a tedious clean up process. It's price is up there, but you won't be disappointed, it ticks all the boxes and is worth every cent. Sometimes going for cheaper options leaves you disappointed and wishing you had spent a bit more for quality( like the Mod), rather than waste your money on a cheaper item that may not last the distance or function as promised. No wonder it is Australia's #1 juicer. It makes great juices and the kids love them as well. Just a side note, customer service is excellent as well. I contacted them as I had a query about something and they replied within 12 hours and went above and beyond to support me. Great service and a great experience from the team at Mod Appliances. For once a product lives up to its hype. This MOD Juicer does unquestionably. The big pluses are the wide receiving mouth so minimal cutting up, exceptional easy cleanup, nothing seems to clog it like celery and leafy greens and it's a strong robust machine with great warranty. ages. In fact I had to cut stuff up more than with my 30 year old Breville. It is loud my kids complained. It is also very slow when doing ginger and celery. It is all plastic so likely toxic but worst of all - the turmeric was stuck to the Auger press and it had a sticky glue like texture - god only knows what's going into the juice. Will be returning.

service (who initially said it was normal!) they said they would change the motor for a brand new one. We waited weeks between all of this with no juicer. What arrived was not a brand new motor base! Covered in scratches and chips with finger prints all over it. So incredibly disappointing, especially with how expensive that are!! We requested a refund which was approved but took 2 weeks! We’ve purchased a different juicer from another company which was not at pricey and works amazingly. Do your research.

I found this MOD juicer to be easy to use. I had it all figured out after two goes. Its very easy to clean, just rinse and a little scrub with the brush on the mesh and you are good to go. I love that you can choose a colour, I chose blue to suit my kitchen. I have found the juice lasts a few days easily in glass in the fridge.
