This is very imperfect - we cannot live with it! – Bought a packet of Dilmah jasmine 'naturally flavoured' tea - insipid and uninspiring. Rang the Auckland headquarters who replaced it with 'real jasmine flowers' and they sent us a packet. Still tasteless - no comparison to Chanui jasmine tea.

Avoid – If I was responsible for making and selling this tea I would be deeply ashamed. It is not nice and the jasmine “flavour” is underwhelming. Tastes like dishwater. Don’t waste your money. Used to buy Tettley brand, which was supposedly taken off the market due to dimishing sales. When I mentioned this at my local supermarket I was told that it was… Read more

one of their best selling teas. There are now no teas available with proper jasmine flowers- they are all using jasmine “flavouring”. Not happy.

unnatural taste – New product has an unnatural taste - the ‘jasmine flavour’ is no substitute for the real thing-stopped buying it -please bring back the original product.Loved this tea prior to the change in recipe

Bring back the old recipe – The old Green tea with natural Jasmine is a more refined taste than the new version. Please Mr Dilmah bring back the original recipe we miss it in our office and at home. Show details

Jasmine Flavour is terrible. Bring – Please bring back the Dilmah Green Tea bags with Natural Jasmine. I have been buying and drinking this for years. Noticed a distinctive unpleasant flavour from a new pack I purchased and on further inspection the new pack contains Jasmine flavouring. Sorry Dilmah, you’ve lost me as a customer unless you start selling the green tea with natural jasmine. I like jasmine not something that tastes like dirty dish water. Show details

Used to be brilliant! Ruined this product – The old style Jasmine petal green tea from films was simply the best available. I had drunk it for years. Without explanation it's been changed to Jasmine flavour and frankly it's foul. I'm hopeful Dilmah will see the error of their ways and return to the superior product produced with jasmine flowers. Until then I continue my search through other brands.

A nasty change. Very sad – Yes I was dismayed at the change too. The Jasmine flavour is laughable when you're used to real jasmine. I discovered that they were still selling the last of their stock at $2 a box so placed a couple of large orders (yes I loved it so much I paid the postage charges) But now they seem to have run out and the strategic plan has become… Read more

apparent......the REAL jasmine green tea is being sold as loose leaf tea at a hefty markup! I suspect the price of jasmine petals worldwide has increased due to a demand for the essential oil......*sigh*

Time to find a new favourite tea guys!

Change for recipe ruined this product – Jasmine flavour- tastes worse than ever. Used to be a great product but new recipe is disgusting and not worth the price

With "Jasmine flavour" is rubbish - return it to "natural jasmine" – The Dilmah Green Tea with Jasmine 50 Tea Bags was a constant buy in my household, but that has disappeared from the shelves and been replaced with a Ceylon Green tea with Jasmine flavour (20 bags). They are not the same. Do not be deceived. The first is a great product. The second is mouthwash or worse. Terrible flavour, unbalanced and no real… Read more

jasmine to speak of. Unless and until Woolworths and other shops restore the Green Tea with Jasmine, I won't be buying any more from them. A huge disappointment and it looks like either the store buyer hasn't tasted what they have chosen or that Dilmah has made a tragic business decision. I suspect the former because a Dilmah website still seems to offer the Green Tea with Jasmine 50 Tea Bags for $2 but with a $15 delivery!!! (I like it but not that much - Chinese suppliers of green jasmine tea leaves work out better and much more tea obtained!)

Won't be buying anymore – I've been buying this for years. Loved it. But this morning i looked at the tab on the bag and noticed it said flavour instead of natural?! This is a bad idea. I agree with all the other reviewers who are cross with this. I won't be buying again but will buy from the local Asian grocer who sells whole leaf green and jasmine tea. And Woolworths are still charging same price! Outrageous. Feel ashamed. You have earned it.

Horrible – Your green tea with jasmine petals had been my favourite tea for years, it is such a shame that you changed it to Jasmine flavour as it is undrinkable. Very disappointed.

Bring back the old jasmine! – Disappointing and cynical, I thought Dilmah were real tea lovers but they've sold out, stopped making the natural jasmine petals and served up this disgusting jasmine-flavoured monstrosity. This is unacceptable and my tea club and I will boycott Dilmah till they bring back the old tea bags.

Dilmah Green Tea with Jasmine "Flavour" – I have been buying Dilmah Green Tea with NATURAL Jasmine for years it WAS a very good tea. Box contained 50 tea bags. It has now been replaced with Dilmah Green Tea with Jasmine "FLAVOUR"? It is awful. The Jasmine "FLAVOUR" is very artifical tasting. On top of that a box that contained 50 tea bags has been reduced to only 20 tea bags. Yes there… Read more

was a price reduction of about 15% for the reduced artifical "flavoured" tea. It is highway robbery at best! Supermarkets should also be ashamed of themselves gouging customers. Awful ARTIFICAL FLAVOURED JASMINE Green tea less quantity horrible taste. I wont purchase it again. Perhaps the original founder of Dilmah has released too many reigns to the new generation. I hope they fix it. if you haven't tried it don't waste your money it is AWFUL! I hope someone from Dilmah reads this and corrects their mistake.

Manipulation and deception of consumers – I have been buying Dilmah jasmine tea for years. Have found it to be the best of available jasmine teas. Last time I went to buy it I noticed the price had gone down by about 15%. When I picked up the box I realised I was being decieved. What used to be a box of 50 bags now contained 20 bags. The box looked the same size as the old ones so I am… Read more

sure this de eption worked on people who don't look closely enough. This is in effect a doubling in price. Iknow many companies are now selling small boxes of tea bags at quite high prices and Dilmah probably wanted to get on the bandwagon. But the way they have gone about it is very deceptive. I for one will not be buying any of their products and would actively discourage others from doing the same.

Favourite jasmin green tea – Been buying this tea for years. I have tried all the "jasmin green tea" bags avaliable on the market, the flavours with other ones are always out of balance, having worked at a tea-shop I have developed a strong taste for balanced flavours in tea, and this one ticks all the boxes. Although it does specifically say not to add milk to it, but it gives another layer of flavour to the tea, makes it more smooth to drink if that tickles your fancy.

Calming and Soothing – It is a refreshing tea that is clean, smooth, calming and just perfect drinking for the afternoon or at night. Individual foil wraps give it a fresh taste. SOme teas are strong but this one is just right for discriminating tastes.

Excellent – This tea is one that is instantly likeable. The combination of green tea and jasmine is very refreshing, never bitter or overdone. I didn't realise there could be such a thing as bad green tea till I tried a different brand to this one and my goodness, it made me appreciate how well Dilmah does it. An added bonus is green tea is reported to be… Read more

good for you. Best taken as it is, no sugar or milk. This is a beautiful quality green tea, with just a very subtle hint of jasmine to pep it up. I really like it. Easy to use tea bags.

Good – Dilmah Jasmine Green tea is a lovely tasting tea with a beautiful, clean refreshing taste with some subtle jasmine flavours work wonderfully well. Each tea bag also comes individually foil wrapped which keeps the tea tasting nice and fresh. Some green teas can taste a bit harsh and bitter but the flavour of this green tea is strong without being… Read more
