it had made it to the Post Office Depot the same day. It's not that big of a city and what was "sent" on the Monday, was due to arrive on the Wednesday. I would have been pretty happy with that as the email they sent with the "carefully packed" items, stated my entire order was there. Well, you can imagine my surprise when on the Wednesday, I received another email from them saying my order was now being despatched from NSW as they were out of stock in WA of some items. Doesn't sound like they were carefully packed at all does it? No probs, surely they still let the local stock go, as it was already on its way according to them and Aus Post and they could send the missing item (s) from the NSW depot. I replied to them asking if I would receive two packages as I thought something was amiss, you know, how dodgy online sellers like to say something had already been posted so you cant change your mind? I asked them if this was the case and they assured me it wasn’t as they aren't "dodgy" or do anything "irregular". So, they then told me that "No, my entire order was now coming from NSW" But why? Why wouldn’t they let the WA stock get to me, keep me happy and simply tell me the missing stock would be shipped from NSW? That sounds like customer service right? But not to them. They used terms like "Thanks for your understanding". I don’t know what understanding they are referring to? I cant understand why they have lied to me so far. They have now added patronising me to the list of creating distrust. So, I simply asked for an immediate refund, they can have the stock returned and I will simply avoid them in the future. But they weren’t finished [Content Removed] me yet. They stated that, if I wished to get my money back, I had to wait for the stock (which I never got) to be returned to them. This is probably the bit which p*ssed me off the most... according to the latest tracking info, the order is still on their shelves and hasn’t been collected by Aust Post at all. But wait there is more, later in the week, I got a 3RD notification from Aust Post stating item was to be collected and shipped from QLD?? It’s really out of hand now as that is delivery notifications, all with differing tracking numbers, in a week! They must have a very differing version of the word “Irregular” than I do if they think this is normal. What is it they aren’t admitting or owning up to? Being dodgy is what.

Fair Dinkum. What kind of a Wally do they think I am?? Probably the same kind of Wally they will treat you as and expect that you don't read their fake promises in email, or support responses.

No doubt they will probably respond with some more marketing [Content Removed] to this review, making themselves out to be the victim of this review and how they are not at fault. I say in advance, that at no time in the process have they acted with integrity and a customer first attitude so why start now. Looks like Ol' Mate Elder doing the ads needs to find a more reputable business to put his reputation on. In case they say I’m lying, I can happily present all the correspondence they have sent me. It's not dramatization at all. I fear I will never be able to review the tea itself as not even Roogenic knows where my order is. Avoid this mob like the Doctors they tell you to stop going to.

The quality of my sleep when I drink the relaxation tea vs when I don't is too great to ignore. Usually, it takes me forever to fall asleep,sleep easily disturbed and wake up numerous times. Then I struggle to go back to sleep with each wake up. With the tea, I'm asleep in under 15mins - I sleep so deeply that I think I'm waking up to go to the toilet only to see that it is morning and I've slept for 7hrs straight totally out! Better still I'm very refreshed and energised! I used to think I needed at least 8-9 hrs cos I always got up tired, but not when I drink the infusion.

I am so pleasantly surprised and relieved to be feeling rested. I just bought some for my family members. I find that the relaxation tea works better on its own or together with the sleep tea. I drink it 30-45 mins before bed and steep 2 teaspoons (for 2-3 cups) in a small kettle to enjoy as I watch TV. I also re-use the next night with a small top up. You just need to find how it works for you. I'm absolutely delighted and loving it!!!

Nice to know this is supporting my immune system. The Inflammitea truly works on swollen joints, I have no more pain at all in my hands and hip. The native sleep tea, seriously, I'm having 7 - 9hr sleeps every night, and hours of deep sleep where before it was only a few minutes. (Based on my smart watch readings). It does nothing except taste like liquid bark and make you even more irritable and unable to sleep because you know you wasted your money again. Reaction – I experienced a tingling in my mouth. Similar to the Sulphur reaction I get from eating dried apricots. Personally, not a tea I would continue drinking.

that. The Kakadu Plum has been a godsend in our house. My 2 kids aged 4 and 1 were constantly bringing some kind of sickness home, and I also was run down every 2 weeks. Since adding this to a glass of water or over cereal, we haven't been sick once! Any time a sniffle starts, this stops it turning into something worse. We've also tried all the other teas & love them!

This tea really worked well for me, made me relax, quiet the mind & sleep well. I normally had to take a melatonin tablet at night and now I’ve switched to this tea. So much better for my gut health. stick with the relaxation one. I don't use it every night. Only when I feel I haven't been sleeping well.

of 'flavourings' and 'extracts' noted in each of the teas, plus the same herbs / plants on rotation in each of the different teas, I'm starting to feel as though I've been scammed. I'm no longer a happy customer. All should be wary and think twice about purchasing from roogenic!!

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned ! – Some time ago -like 9-12 mths I purchased Roogenics Deep sleep powder & Native sleep tea. I can say that without a doubt "Deep sleep powder even at double dose did NOT help even a little bit. I tried for nearly a month but NIL sleep help. I didn't try the Tea after that experience but as far as I'm concerned I was ripped off $86.90 in total. All has gone into the rubbish bin. Caused insomnia – This product actually gave me insomnia to the point I had to take a sleeping tablet to get to sleep. I was pretty shocked. I even tried using it earlier in the day and still the same problem. I thought I was going to have a nice peaceful sleep. I never have trouble getting off to sleep but felt wide awake on this stuff.
