Madame Flavour Tea

Last week in my dimly lit lounge room I purchased two packs of what I thought was licorice tea with free shipping. Two days later my order arrived but for the wrong tea ....my fault. I contacted head office, spoke with Diane and was emailed a return post label in ten minutes. I attached it to the box and lodged it at the post office. Two days… Read more
later I am drinking licorice tea. What a great service, great to deal with Diane. A painless error. Thanks Madam Flavour. We will return.
I’ve been purchasing this brand for 15 years and have followed its journey. I’ve tried all their green tea, tisane’s and rooibos. Loose and teabags. In all that time I’ve loved and enjoyed the quality and flavours so much that it is now a special part of my life. My daughter who is now 18 has grown up with it and enjoys it daily with me. What a… Read more
beautiful way for us to bond and enjoy catching up on our day together. We get excited when a new flavour comes out. We order it and look forward to trying it together. To me this is what this tea represents. The connection I have with my own health and wellbeing and the connection I have with my daughter.
Madame Flavour's "Green Jasmine and Pear Tea" is among the finest I have ever tasted. For years, it has remained among my favourites. It has a very distinctive and pleasant fragrance and flavour. The moment the pack is opened, you breathe in a… Read more
wonderfully fresh, light floral scent. The taste is a perfect balance of jasmine & pear to complement the green tea. Ordering online is very easy. Delivery is always super fast. The tea is very nicely, lovingly packed. The resealable bag is functional and simple to use. I have been buying this tea for many years , and the consistency is exceptional. The added samples are always a nice bonus. All in all, it is a delightful tea with a delicate flavour. Perfect for any time of the day. I love it and drink it every day. Highly recommend this blend to everyone.
Follow-up · Tin packaging is very handy - it can be used for any tea; tea in small quantities can be taken to work, travel etc; the tin box is perfectly sealed & keeps tea fresh for a long time. The packaging design is pleasant - the picture & colours are appropriate for the product. All in all, I am still very happy with my purchase and recommend this tea & pachaking to anyone who likes fresh green tea.

Madam Flavour’s green tea with pear is very light and fragrant, making it a delight to drink. It doesn’t have the bitter green tea taste, and it actually smells amazing. Show details
Better than the best foreign brands – I am addicted to the Melbourne Morning blend and get quite upset when my IGA runs out of stock. I also send it to my family in England who all love it. I’m not crazy about herbal tea but I really like the Jasmine & Pear blend. Show details
Love the licorice tea! – I love this tea as it tastes amazing and it stops my sugar cravings. While this tea is deliciously sweet, I can tell the sweetness comes from something natural and other than sugar, presumably the licorice root itself, as I don't experience the usual negative physical reactions that I get with sugar/artificial sweeteners. The ingredients are all-natural herbs and so forth. Nothing else. Highly recommended. Show details

This product has changed for the worse – I have been buying the green tea with jasmine and pear brand for almost 10 years. Until recently I have enjoyed this tea. Now every bag I have leaves dirt in the bottom of my cup. There is no nice aromatic smell anymore. I am not happy with this tea and I expect more for paying $7.00 + .I will not be purchasing this brand of tea anymore. Show details
Madame Flavour has lost its flavour – I've been addicted to the pear and jasmine green tea bags for a few years now, but lately I'm throwing a lot of my cups of tea down the drain because i can't actually taste it anymore. I don't know what they've done, but for $7 for a box of 18 teabags, they need to get their flavour back or I'll have to just stop buying them. it's not worth the money anymore. Show details
Mixed – Pros: 1.Some of their teas are really really nice. 2.fairly easy to source Cons: 1.beware - the bags leach unhealthily in to the water as the tea steeps. Remove the tea from the bags and put them in a tea strainer 2.I have had some packages with split bags and spilled out tea 3.customer service is just radio silence in response to queries/… Read more
complaints 4.possibly a little on the expensive side for what it is. I guess it's a convenience thing though so there's that.

Tea bags split – Tea bags all split open in the cup. No one wants a cup of tea leaves. Company won’t reply to emails so no refund or replacement. Very poor way to run a business. Won’t repurchase. Show details
Poor service – First time I have ordered with this company direct and the service is appalling. Received notification via email and have had no contact since in 6 days, telephoned today and advised it would be 24 hours before I received a call back. Perhaps they've left the country !!. Show details
Disappointed – The flavour was weak and each bag split open whe I took it out of the foil packaging Not one but all I had to collect the leaves and brew the old way I was to say the least disappointed as I was looking forward for a tea treat Show details

Nice taste (licorice) shame about the sweetness – I just tried the licorice tea for the first time and it was very nice but I'm a little concerned because it was so sweet. I'm trying to get away from consuming products that feed my sugar habit that's why I tried something different in the first place. Foods I like best all have one thing in common, sweetness (natural or artificial). This has… Read more
got something in it that I know will only 'feed' my sugar cravings, shame, really liked it otherwise. Will probably try some of the others to see if I can find one without sweetness (I also left the bag in as I drank it), Deb.
The normal black tea is good – Actually seems to live up to the name, much better flavour at not much more cost than the Twinings brand. I did try a liquorice blend from the same brand once that was totally gross but their black tea is lovely and the one I use almost all the time.
Great tea but most of all great customer service – I was recommended Madame Flavour's Deeply Relaxing tea by a friend to try and assist with my poor sleep quality. After trying a couple I was pleasantly surprised and purchased 100 bags. Unfortunately there was an issue with my order, however the Madame Flavour team were quick to respond, went out of their way to offer me additional teas in the… Read more
meantime and fulfilled my back order without a fuss. Amazing customer service from a fantastic company. Keep it up!
Love the Green Jasmine and Pear Tea – Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Pleasant smell and great taste Very nice Show details
Rooibos mint & choc – Very weak tea for being in the pyramid "loose leaf" tea bags. Smells wonderfully of chocolate, but you can only taste mint and LIGHT flavor of Rooibos, and no trace of chocolate! Won't be repurchasing =( Show details
Classic Grey Deluxe – I once drove from store to store to get this tea as it always sold very quickly. It was easily the best earl grey tea on the market and a joy to drink. What a shock when I recently purchased it and thought it must have been an off packet. The aftertaste was awful. I then checked the ingredients with an older tin and see that the black tea is now sourced from a different supplier. It is a shame as the beautiful flavour is now tarnished.
Tea quality is excellent – You can see the tea inside the bag. Overall the quality is excellent. I have tried the green with Jasmine one. However, I have got concerns regarding plastic tea bags. Are there any health risks by using these type of tea bags.
Short strings annoying – I have used Madam Flavour for years but lately very disappointed with the shorter tea bag strings.I like to leave my bag in when I drink my tea but the short strings are making it difficult. The shorter strings is this something new ?
Green Tea, Jasmine & Pear – I love my green tea but I'm super sensitive to caffeine. This tea looks, smells and tastes fantastic. Beautiful, smooth flavour. No bitterness. The caffeine "hit" is so mild that I don't really notice it. Little known and underrated product. More than happy to pay that bit extra for a quality product. I have no affiliation with this company whatseover.

Simply Delicious! – A very delicious tea, particulary The green tea with pear infused. It has to be the best blend in tea bag I just wish they will make a range of loose leaf.
I had to buy it – I am a frequent traveller and spend lots of time in the Virgin Australia lounge. In my successful attempt to reduce my coffee intake I started drinking tea. The tea available in the lounge is Madam Flavour tea bags. I am now hooked and love the English Breakfast blend to the point that I now buy them for home use. The unfortunate side of things is that I won’t go back to the traditional old fashioned tea.
Classic Grey de Luxe mmmmmmm please <3 – I grew up drinking tea on my Grandma’s knee. I love all your teas but the Classic Grey De Luxe is definitely luxe!! The flavour and perfume lift the senses and invoke so many treasured memories - love it
Best in Bag – The Special Breakfast Blend is the best black tea in a bag. If you are particular about your tea, this is the one to try. I only drink loose leaf tea at home, but as far as tea in a bag goes, this is the best I have found.
Great Tea – Tried the Mint Lavender Tisane tea, at the Virgin Lounges. It was amazing loved it. Will be adding this to my tea collection. Thank you. Packaging very attractive.
Ahhh-mazing! – I purchased my first Madame Flavour tea bags today while doing the grocery shopping, partially an impulse buy but most definitely not a regret to be had. Hands down the most delectable, flavoursome, and enjoyable cup of tea I have ever had. The packaging is exquisite and the enclosed note made it so much more personable. [Bought Lemongrass, Lime and Ginger Tisane].
Heavenly!!! – I am a new convert. I am a diehard coffee drinker and in the past not a great advocate of herbal teas and infusions, but have now tried the"lemongrass lime and ginger tissane, and oh my goodness! HEAVEN
Classic Grey... love the Lemon Myrtle – Love that this tea uses lemon myrtle. Gives it a bit of an interesting twist. I bought it as a present to put in a hamper with other Australian food items like Margaret River EVOO, Manjimup truffle salt, that kind of thing. It got a thumbs up from the recipients. It's beautifully packaged as well so it works really well as a gift.
This company really looks after its customers – If you have a problem with any of their products, they are willing to sort it out for you. I had silk tea bags splitting when I tried to detach the tag from the bag, to put it in my cup. Emailed them with details of flavour and lot no. on the box - seems there was a problem - so they sent me a box of another flavour to replace it PLUS some… Read more
sample sachets of some of their other flavours that I had secretly wanted to try - bonus!!
They may be a little more expensive - but the flavour is worth it.
