Very disappointed – I have Had my dimplex throw blanket for 1 year it died around its anniversary. The retailer would not honor the warranty weeks out. It has been inuse maybe 2 months of the one year. I bought 3. 1 for me + 2 daughters. The target one lasted 5 years. Back to target. Geraldine

Nice throw – So far so good. I bought it 1 month ago on May 2020, very soft and large comparing to other brand. However, I don't know how long it works, hopefully it has 2 year warranty. The reason that I rated 3 is registeration process for the warranty of this product. I had not registered any thing in Australia before. It is annoying to ask somebody's address, DOB, purchase price,... for warranty. It is just a throw not a car.

Dimplex contacted me re this review, because their new throw has a two year warranty. Unfortunately mine doesn't so the review stands as a poor product that failed after minimal usage. Dimplex simply confirmed what I already new and also chose not to consider replacement. Pretty poor really.
