Bad battery distance – Battery runs out of charge very quickly. When bike was firstly used it had no issues. After 12 months it has halved the distance you can use the power assist. Show details

Great bike for the money!!! – This bike impressed me. The battery lasts for over 90km using various assist levels. It is powerful while going up the hills and performs very well, great bike for the money!! The instructions for adjusting the gears were not very clear. I called DiroDi, and they explained how the adjustment should be made.

Long range electric bike – I used to have an e-bike from another brand, which has only a short range. I had to charge it many times a week. I bought the Primo and no longer have the range anxiety. The bike was delivered quickly. It rides very well and is super comfortable. It feels well built and premium, well down to the design team. Show details

model. It has a battery mount issue. I feel like problem sovled roughly. Unprofessional. Better to go big brand.
