Our family’s first Disney Adventure cruise (19–23 March 2026) was unfortunately very disappointing, not only because of issues experienced onboard but also due to the complete lack of customer follow-up afterwards. I emailed Disney Cruise guest communications on 19 March, 22 March and again on 11 April regarding multiple concerns during the trip, including accessibility issues for elderly family members, missed dining experiences and the handling of our stateroom isolation after my son was diagnosed with gastroenteritis onboard.
Despite receiving acknowledgment that a reply would be provided within two weeks, there has been absolutely no response to any of my emails, even after more than three weeks.
What disappointed me most was not just the incidents themselves but the lack of accountability and customer care afterwards. For a premium cruise brand that promotes exceptional guest experience, the silence from customer feedback was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Very disappointed with how post-cruise guest concerns were handled.

We recently went to Singapore & went on the Disney Adventure Cruise line. The whole experience was incredible with full of activities, characters, & Disney Live Shows. I would highly recommend this one if you are visiting Singapore or just want something different to visit and Adventure. Disney Rocks – What a lovely experience on Disney Wonder - mid Jan 2025. Took our 3 granddaughters (13, 12, 10). They had a lovely time. Lots of opportunities to line up with characters (although long queue wait times) for photos and plenty to do otherwise (the usual trivia, bingo etc). The adults without kids had a fabulous adults area all to themselves! We even had a lovely long chat with one of Aussie’s premier actresses who was having a break with her 2 kids. We didn’t let on we knew who she was (but her voice is distinctive so l knew her immediately … she’s fabulous) …. she deserved to be left alone, and was. They were into everything and seemed to have a ball too. The rooms were lovely. The food and restaurants were great … especially the Artists Pallet … great fun. Embarking and disembarking went smoothly. And fabulous staff. Thanks Arthur (dining room). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for me.
