Will scam you out of money – The most unprofessional service I’ve ever dealt with. They forged our signatures to scam us out of receiving back the $500 bond. damage when we completed our trip but they be DID NOT. They also claimed we signed to accept the damage when we completed our trip but we DID NOT. They sent a screenshot of our “signature” made at 3:24pm but we didn’t disembark the boat until after 4:00pm. So dodgy. Do not trust them!

Best day out on “voodoo” luxury yacht – We had a two hour cruise on “Voodoo” luxury yacht as a surprise for a friends birthday. Ken was wonderful and extremely accomodating and the trip itself was amazing. Such a beautiful boat! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and can’t wait to do it again!

Day Cruise – A group of 12 of us had the opportunity to enjoy a cruise for the day last weekend and had the absolute pleasure to be hosted by a young lady Stella who made our afternoon a day to remember. A true reflection of good old fashion service. Thanks to her We will now be signing up a for a membership. Thank You for the great day. By the way, Good Luck with your exams!!

whole initial boating experience has been nothing but professional and with the minimum of fuss.

The club has trained professional Skippers that are available to accompany members out on fishing trips and further training and orientation.

Just recently we had a day on the bay and returned with a number of large Snapper and Calamari.

We have also used a Skipper to take us to Flemington Race Course for Derby Day, a truly memorable day.

Last year during our Christmas break we took our boat over to Martha Cove, had lunch at a Winery on the Mornington Peninsular and stayed the night.

As a time poor business owner, Pleasure Cruising ticks all the boxes for us, I couldn’t recommend the club highly enough.

What a great idea – Looking to buy a boat but joined the club two years ago. Could not justify spending the money on a boat. Service is top notch. Training program is great value for the money

the boat out. I was just searching online, and found out this funny review from Jack Wilson? I had experienced nothing like that. I mean, are you the other boating club's owner and wishing to scare people?

I just simply love the concept that Pleasure Cruising brings to me and my family. Comparing with buying a boat, being a member is saving us lots of efforts. I paid my membership fee monthly and never get an extra charge from them. As a lady member, there is no club like Pleasure Cruising Club as I don't want to care about all the boat things and cleaning the boat afterwards and the training and fleet support makes me feel safe on the water.

Terrible – I was a member for 12 months at Pleasure cruising Club. My experience was mixed until I cancelled my membership and it all went down hill. harassing me sending me invoices and trying to get me to agree to renew and I told them I couldn't agree to it and I would have to speak to my accountant to even considering signing on again. They kept harassi ng me by Calling + texting + Emailing.

I ended up cancelling my credit card so they could no longer charge me past January as my membership was finalising on 27th of January 2017.

I have recieved numerous texts/emails/phone calls from the club in the past 24 hours and they have threatened to take me to the Magistrates Court and Federal Court and will "ruin me and bankrupt me".

I am just a normal consumer and do not have millions of dollars to defend such action.

This conduct is absolutely unconscionable and I would strongly recommend against anyone considering joining this unprofessional organisation.

Fantastic concept and great service – No issues at all. Great service and a great concept. The weather is an issue but it's out of their control. Much better than buying a boat. It's very flexible as well.

stick to my own boat class. Sometimes, the family wants to be on the bigger boat so I reserve those ones too. It takes bigger points but that's logical. I like the flexibility the club gives.

Good concept – Me and a friend are syndicating our membership with the club. Our boat is R3600 or Dazzler. I actually like this better than the bigger one they have. Its just a personal preference. capabilities. Overall I had no problem with this boat. But since this is a membership, you cant really tell who's gonna mess up with the boat or what not. The guys there take actions straightaway and line the repairs up. The great thing about this club is that even if you can't use your boat due to repairs, you have other boats as a back up.

Well equipped boat – The best place to setup camp for an awesome weekend in the city. We stayed for a couple of nights on Fairview Rivera and it was excellent. We were a group of 5 and still plenty of room. We enjoyed hanging out at the back deck, barbecuing and drinking while listening to our favorite songs. Staff were all very helpful. to get you to pay. I had to instruct a commercial Lawyers to fend VCAT action against me for pulling out due to the non contracted charges they were trying to endorse. This included insurance upgrade scams, loss of points (their point system) refuelling charges not contracted and charges for fuel not used. Not to mention the falsifying of signed contracts. The boats are not cleaned properly and lack of service when arriving to take your friends out is a disgrace and was totally embarrassing. I love boating, great concept but a bunch of cowboys running the show. [name removed] the show pony, handling of a situation that became legal was actually embarrassing with their legal legals having to drop all claims as I suspect his case would have been thrown out. My advise 'Stay clear. Cheaper chartering a boat every time you want to go out on the water.

Only way to go boating – Owned my own mustang sports cruiser but sold it due to a huge mechanical repair bill which was $30,000 which was a huge hit. I sold the boat as owning one in Melbourne is just not worth while. subscription plan on their midrange boat the mustang 32 that suited our budget and that was four years ago. The step on and off service is just great because we don't like cleaning the boat after our friends. I also can book the boat on line and know it will work when we get to the marina unlike my own boat. The club is awesome and the staff are just great.

he was unsympathetic. Instead he proceeded to take his time and continued patronisingly teaching his intern in front of us. Terribly run business, all the rest of the staff seemed just as unprofessional. The only helpful person that day which we dealt with was the intern. Would not recommend.

Terrible – If you want to deal with a bad company than you have found it here! Every trick in the book is used especially on bogus overcharges so would give them a wide berth or else your temper will sink!

Don't give them your phone number! – I made the mistake of giving these guys my contact details, so I could view their pricing. Wow, what a mistake that was! They call me when I'm at the office, begging me to sign up, without even asking if I'm free to talk. They SMS me all the time, with no option to opt out. I can't stop them! I've reported the illegal (spam) SMS messages to ACMA. Hopefully they'll fine these guys. Harassing phone calls. Spam SMS messages. Expensive.
