Including delivery charges, this was around $140.

This was delivered on 15/2/24. Upon opening the boxes it was packed in, it looked predominantly white, which was fat and it smelt like sausage mince. This was quite surprising and not consistent with other pet food beef mince I had purchased elsewhere. As I was bagging it into smaller portions I saw lots of sausage skins with sausage mince, cabanossi skins with cabanossi meat, and large frankfurt skins with frankfurt meat in it. The mixture was basically fat, sausage and continental goods with some offal and some beef offcuts. It appears that it was simply a mix of old or expiring stock and waste with a bit of offal and offcuts. This mix contained a lot of processed meats and is not ideal for dogs, especially dogs that are susceptible to allergies etc.

I called Dubbo Meat Centre the following day (16/2/24) and spoke to a lady about my concerns with the product. She said she’d have someone call me early the next week.

It is 28/2/24 and I still haven’t heard back.

I have never bought from Dubbo Meat Centre before l so cannot comment on the quality of their other products or service, but based upon my experience, I would not recommend them.
