online (basic transfer to only a couple of suburbs away) I still can’t get anywhere! Nil response, nil follow up from dodo, they’re utterly useless! You’re meant to be able to fill it out easily online but no that’s a headache as well because then they tell you that they can’t process it and that they need to speak to you on the phone (call later). Then to make this frustrating experience worse, they initially also tried to get me to pay a higher amount per month. Terrible incapable service; terribly frustrating and terribly time-consuming & utterly useless. Once they have your business they go slack & incompetent on you. Im now having to look at other companies as they’re impacting me being able to work at home at my new address- they’re frightful. Find another company, I had terrible issues signing up too (taking out money from my account). I think it would’ve been easier in the 1990s than what I’m currently experiencing. Theyre ‘tech’ & yet they can’t even complete a simple task such as transferring internet between 2 simple home addresses! Just ridiculous
Stay away from prepaid dodo. You cannot opt out of auto payments. I was with them years ago for dial up internet, tried to cancel the account and 6 months later they were still stealing money out of my bank account. So I contacted the bank and stopped their access to my account so they sent me a bill and kept ringing me to pay a bill that was received several months after "cancelling"
I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Dodo. From the very beginning, the service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their service is unreliable, their support is useless, and the entire experience has been a complete disaster. I am switching providers immediately and will never recommend Dodo to anyone. Excellent value for the small package I needed – Quite reliable; inexpensive. My wi-fi dongle is not working properly (I got it from a different Telco) and now dodo no longer supplies them. That's unfortunate, I will need to source one elsewhere.

Pathetic everything – Best to get ported quickly. Making calls on minutes bout the internet is slower than dial up and the mms doesn't port which they don't tell you about meaning you're getting 25% of the service for only half the price. You're better off going straight through optus or better still telstra which is where I've just ported to. Pay the money get the service you need not just some of it.
BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR USAGE AS USAGE IS NOT REPORTED ACCURATELY (AND DODO PROFITS FROM IT) – I used Dodo for a while, but left after I started getting high excess fees. $15 per extra Gb due to Dodo's inaccurate usage updates. I elected to get warnings from Dodo at the 50%, 80%, 100% usage sent to my Gmail account. final straw was when I was charged excess fees when I had not even got a 100% usage warning before or after the end of that billing period for the month. I lodged a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman, but foolishly continued with Dodo. Next time I got an 80% warning that was delayed until I was past 100% usage, but I also got a 100% warning after I had gone over by about 3Gb. I cancelled the account, and will never be going back to Dodo. I had a lot of problems accessing my usage data via the Dodo site. I would get caught in cycles where I would login only to end up back at the first login page, or months previously I could login, but I could only access my mobile phone plan usage data, but that mobile plan I had no data. In the past I did not have a lot of problems with Dodo, but now I would definitely not recommend men. There are better options.

Dodo not 5 stars – Having experienced Optus data breach, I moved to Dodo with a 5 star review. Wow how wrong. A) Dodo took money for services I didn’t approve. B) Paid for triple the speed, it was worse than Optus. C) Phoned them, expecting direct communication. Nope the Philipino staff call you back in the afternoon. Then they can’t hear you, I said yes, because you are overseas.

A joke – After signing up to dodo and paying the fee i still have no internet. After numerous wasteful and on hold for hours calls they sent someone to connect my internet... He did nothing and i still have no internet... Expect legal action...

Now have been on hold for nearly two hours and spoke to 3 people just to cancel the non functioning SIM card. Avoid Dodo...sell you the product but there is 0 help when something doesnt go as planned and extremely long hold times when calling them.

Call centre closes by 3pm WA time so no chance of talking to anyone after work.. and when you do get a chance to call in the morning the wait times to be connected to someone are ridiculous. When I finally got through and asked for a refund of the 3 monthly payments debited from my account, I was informed they could only refund me for 1 month.. not 3. When asked why should I pay for any of it when the account is clearly not actube or in use, they argued the point that in the terms and conditions that somehow I agreed to this. I lost it and hung up on them. To which they rang me back 5 minutes later and said the best they could do is meet me halfway and refund me for 1 & 1/2 months instead.. but still not the 3 months.
Appalling service, 5 days and still not connected! – Appalling service, you never get the same person, they either don’t listen or put notes on their systems has taken me 4 days and still not connected yet they have taken my money! I’ll be going with a different provider and demanding a full refund if not connected today!
On hold for an hour already to cancel service – I hardly use my dongle so decided to cancel it. The only way to do this is by ringing Dodo. I’ve now been on hold for an hour and a quarter. The Muzak is awful, clearly to encourage me to give in and hang up. But I’m determined to cancel!

This is Perfect! Cant live without it – They help you with any and every problem they also are super clear and helpful and the data NEVER fails me it is always connected and doesn’t stuff up ever.

Horrendous – If you are looking for internet capabilities of the early 2000's look no further. The level of download capable with my service is atrocious, peaking at 700kb/s even in low volume times of the day. My first dial up internet modem provided faster wifi than Dodo. great but when you cant even use the internet what is the point?
If you have any desire to watch online streams stay well away. The wifi cannot handle more than one device in the household connected before it drops. I am consigned to using hotspot on my phone 24/7, and I relay the same message to any guests who visit. It doesnt even feel like we have wifi in our house its that slow.
Here is an example: 200mb update required for an application on my computer - estimated time over 1 hour. There are other ISP's in Australia that provide 10x faster internet for the exact same price. Never using Dodo again.

a laugh because the entire modem had been switched off for months. He sent someone over and they told us that it would take a month to fix the line. At this point I didn’t want my account and called to ask them to cancel it, I got transferred from one useless person to the next and eventually I was hung up on - three times. No joke. I was transferred to the next person, I spoke to them for about five minutes and then I was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened all three times. The only response I got was an email stating I had to pay $168 if I didn’t send the modem back. By now I have moved house and I still can’t get through to them. Useless. I now have another bill that has accumulated to a beautiful $273. I think the hell not mate.
the follow up service has been excellent – the service has been reliable and i have had no issues with mobile service although sometimes the speed is slow but it works ok but i really don't like the voip
Sucks – Plan was 20$ And previously month they charged me 70$ and reason was you exceed your data then i paid its alright might be my mistake And they charged me in next month 140$ and the reason was you exceeded your data again and i didn’t pay their bill they suck.
