spoke to prior were clueless and infact useless so why they are even employed is beyond me, unless they are the owners, heaven help us.

Domainz Charging Renewing Unwanted Domains. Not giving refunds! – Domainz mush be having financial trouble. I went onto the portal and canceled a domain. It's actually to be canceled on 29 Dec. Then I found out Domainz had charged my CC early, like 2 months early. I asked for a refund and they said refunds were not allowed. This is crazy.

Absolutely mind numbingly unbelievable how domainz could crap something so simple up so badly – [Name Removed] was the first person in a four day cluster that finally made some sense.
