I can't live without it – Currently suffering from depression, I have 2 choices anti-depressants or GH Blast, no joke the sense of well being and enhanced mood with this is amazing. Sleep is much deeper growth or no growth it does what I need it to do. It does however state that is does NOT CONTAIN any growth hormone. The first review does not have any data to back up the review it's all subjective. Mine is based on experience.

needs to "know" how much actives there are in a product not have the levels hidden.

As far as how it works? It doesn't! You will be waking up every 3 hours to use the toilet, have a headache in the morning and need to reyhdrate fast, as soon as you drag your sleep deprived self out of bed. It tastes like garbage and has so much colouring it could almost glow in the dark. At approx. $4 a serve it would be expensive if it worked, the fact that it doesn't work at all means it is almost like you have been robbed.

And the fake warnings of how powerful it is are clearly just that, fake!

When looking for a "proper review" on this product, all I have found is cut and paste jobs talking it up, that alone speaks volumes!

It states on the packaging "Increase growth hormone, build muscle, burn fat", This is Deceptive as it does not contain any growth hormone or GHB (gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid). Homone production and muscle building occurs naturally when you sleep, and fat loss happens when your muscles repair after a workout due to afterburn effect, so really, this stuff should be pulled off the shelves, but alas there seems to be a loophole for gym supplements where they can state anything they want and not have to back it up with scientific studies or trials.

All we can do as geniune Aussies is post up reviews and let one another know about dodgy products.

So to wrap up, DY GH Blast relies on anecdotal stories written by some person who appears to be on the company payroll, has untested claims on the pack, hides lack of active ingredients behind "proprietary blend", has far too many artificial ingredients and colours, won't help you sleep and is as such the biggest waste of money for anyone who wants an edge with their training.

Expensive, doesn't work, false claims, fake warnings to appear hardcore, waste of money.
