Dr Clean

I ordered a pack of dissolvable DrClean cleaning tablets online on 11 October. DrClean uses DHL to deliver their orders. could not find the item and could not check DHL tracking numbers as it is a private courier. I again emailed DrClean support to advise that my item was not at the post office and that I wanted a refund. They then advised that the item was in fact delivered to my home and suggested I chase it up with DHL. I am not prepared to go around on a merry goose chase for a simple online order, so I contacted PayPal and requested a refund from them.

Just a warning to other consumers out there to beware of this company, who is not able to guarantee delivery, and who expects you to do the running around to locate the item if it’s not delivered. First they told me my item was taken to the post office (heaven knows why???), and then they advised it was delivered to my home……..but I didn’t receive it.
