Refreshingly honest ethical business Highly recommend – Nick from Dr Steamclean came to steam our couch and ended up saving us money by pointing out that our particular couch was better off being put in the washing machine. We had never realised that the cushioning was removable. He could easily have gone ahead and cleaned it himself and we would have been none the wiser but he didn't. He also gave some handy tips/advice on how to improve it in other ways and never charged us a cent for the call out. We were so grateful for his honestly and advice and saving us the money of course. We did what he suggested and our couch looks amazing now! Nick you're a gem, this is the way one always hopes businesses run but they are a rare find these days. Thankyou for your honestly, advice, and kindness. We really appreciate it. And people, he's lovely and personable too!!

Service +++ – I Googled recliner chair cleaners and picked Dr SteamClean. It was after hours and I sent through photos and request for cleaning a tapestry recliner chair. Even after hours, I received a prompt reply with a quote, which I accepted. Payment was easy, paid by card, with no extra fee. Contractor arrived early, spent an hour on the chair, was very polite and accommodating. First time I have used this company, but can more than recommend them.
