completed due to Sales Rep Craig, who rang around and found another outside contractor to complete the job in September. I would still be waiting otherwise. Only thing they were speedy at was sending invoice, giving me 1 day to pay before I started receiving overdue notices. 1 star is from Craig the Sales Rep, the company gets a big fat ZERO. Buyer BEWARE!

After a tree lopping accident I want to say a big thankyou to owner Steve and tiler Clive for doing their utmost to repair my tiled roof in a timely and professional manner. And fitting in with my request to be home at the time. Great communication and service. A+ highly recommended.

Very professional. Craig was on time for the appointment and was clear about the process to have our roof repairs done. Dragon Roof Restoration do all of the paperwork and even deal with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Craig and the team.

absolutely fantastic. His work on the roof was excellent. My mid 70s neighbour is a retired roof tiler - and watched the work from next door with particular interest. He rated the work as exceptional (and Clive too). I would strongly recommend Dragon Roofing if you have need for replacement or repair of your roof.

Old tile roof near the ocean – Just had Scott from Dragon roofing restore our old tile roof. At all times he kept us informed of what he doing and how long it would take. The finished job looks amazing and produced an excellent result. Would recommend !!!!

Job well done – Very happy with dragon, from Jocelyn’s calm focus on making sure we were happy to Scotty’s hard work and excellent finish. We appreciate Craig’s overview of our project too. Great service from Matt – It was a breath of fresh air to have Matt come and fix the leak and cracked tiles compared to other roofers who were pushing for a total (mostly cosmetic) restoration. He was honest, polite and professional in every way, highly recommend.

Roof restoration done right! – We contacted Dragon Roofing, and had a very thourough and honest appraisal done in short time. The job was both prompt and professional, with great communication. I totally recommend Dragon Roofing.

Roof looks like new – Glen did a good job with repairs and repainting. Paid a lot of attention to detail and produced an excellent finish. Roof now looks like new. Unfortunately the Office let the side down through poor communication.

Amazing trades people – All tradies people dealt with (Steve and Matt) were brilliant. Cleaned up after work and helped by cutting back trees before starting job. Cannot fault the tradesman. A little slow with communications from admin team but nothing that impacted works.

Very bad experience – I have never left a bad review for a company but I have had a very bad experience with Dragon. My roof leaks and they won't come back to repair
