Avoid this product at all costs – The cord is too short and it warms unevenly. After 12-18 months it fails to heat at all. Absolute rubbish. Never again.

the heat timer is not good at all – bought one 2 yrs ago have now bought another one the first one was good you could set the timer for different times to go off this new one you cant ,it shuts down after 3 hours no count down nothing just goes cold they say to save energy what a load of crap you should be able to set the timer to go off when you want it too. also when on the highest heat setting 8 its not very hot at all very bad design would never buy another one

Disappointing as it reduces temp – Electric throw automatically reduces temp setting to setting 4 after 3hrs. Setting 4 feels like it is turned off. If we wanted to turn it to setting 4 we would, if it mentioned this function in advertising info I would never have bought it. it's no longer warming her & can call me at work to tell me it's not working! Very disappointed, it feels like this nanny / safety function is for people misusing the products who are using it in bed to go to sleep. We are using it on my mothers lap & legs to keep her warm during the day. Now I have to buy a different brand to get the basic function we require from a heated throw.

Disappointing – Temple and Webster kindly replaced my Dreamaker Electric throw when it stopped working after 13 months. The warranty was for 12 months. The replacement Dreamaker Electric throw lasted a week! Show details

Another one that fails after a year – Worked ok last year. Heating temp not great but works. Got it out last week , 2 weeks after delivery last April it has failed, so effectively 4-5 months usage. Warranty is only 1 year.
