There is no customer service. Dreame take two to three weeks between each email. You cannot get spare parts for it for months, and given the parts wear out, what is one to do? it was not cheap. You cannot get things separately so you get bits you don't even need. Upon receipt I found the mop rollers were different to what is on my machine. So I checked the back of the box. This model is NOT on the compatibility list. It takes Dreame 2+ days to email back in relation to this matter, and after just shy of three weeks.... they can't actually answer the question. They can't say if it is for my machine. They can't say why it isn't on the compatibility list. They just keep saying they'll escalate and let me know when they hear back. Which eventually turned into.... put the parts that aren't compatible onto your machine. Which I reluctantly did and now the robot is screaming everytime it mops. Clearly it isn't right for the unit and clearly it is damaging the unit. So the unit will go back for a brand new one since it was Dreame who told me to put these parts on it.
Dreame is an atrocious company with no customer service, no technical support, who are selling these robots with NO spare parts available for sale. The battery life is awful, it is a huge and heavy robot so don't expect it to fit where the old X40 Ultra could. The parts wear out as expected only you can't replace them which leaves you with a useless robot you can't use anymore. So what... every few months go and buy a new robot? What is going on Dreame!
AVOID DREAME AT ALL COSTS!
Mopping is not removing basic stains from the floors. Not worth the cost

I want to buy spare parts, but you can't buy them anywhere. I'm afraid that if something happens, I will be blamed for the fault, and the customer service is not excellent. I'm having a tiny issue, and I haven't had an email back in 48 hours. Their machine itself is great though

I contacted customer support and spoke with a representative who confirmed the issue would be escalated to technical support. Despite following up three times over five days, I received no response or update.
For a premium-priced product, the lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable. Being left without a working product, especially heading into the holiday period, and having no communication from support has been incredibly frustrating.
I am now seeking escalation and resolution. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before making such a large purchase from Dreame.

This product is entireley unfit for purpose if you have pets. The onboard dust box does NOT self empty due to pet hair and it has to be emptied manually after every cleaning cycle.If i could give a 0 start rating I would. No response from the manufacturer after multiple emails. Product is garbage.
