unit as delivered did not work. however i worked out how to upgrade its software after a couple of days and then it worked. would have been much better if latest software had been loaded. unit works ok although does not seem to filter fine debris as well as my dolphin corded unit I have had for year.
My pool is kidney shaped with a deep end and a shallow end and there are consistently missed spots in the deep end. Bottom edges are curved and vaccumm does not clean up in the curved joins. Have a dreame robot vacuum for inside and love it!!! The pool vacuum however just is not up to scratch

We’re sorry to hear the pool vacuum isn’t meeting your expectations. Kidney-shaped pools with deep ends and curved edges can sometimes be tricky for robotic pool cleaners to fully navigate, which may result in missed spots.

I have returned the unit. It did not clean the floor of the pool very well and has no fine filter, so it just threw light dust into the water making it cloudy. Waiting on a refund now.
