DSE Emergency Big Button Desk

Disappointing – Purchased the DSE EMEREGENCY BIG BUTTON phone for elderly father with major glaucoma. The numbers are BIG and adequate but trying to 'store' telephone numbers for speed dialing appears impossible. I sought help through this site and the response I receive is this 'product review' and the notification the product has been discontinued. What these thoughtless companies fail to realise is that people are actually put at risk. In my father's case he can no longer use this phone because by the time he gets to the second number he gets the recorded message as he is very slow and nearly blind. In an EMERGENCY he is in great trouble! He cannot call anyone! There are no instructions with the phone nor on line. Is this why discontinued? Of course we will purchase yet another phone. More time lost, more money spent, more stress, more litter added to the growing junk pile. Very sad. Could otherwise have been the perfect phone! Very disappointing to not get proper response. Heaven help us.
