is always polite and helpful during my house inspections and is super quick at following up on any issue regarding repairs. I think it would be hard to find a nicer property manger. Charlotte and the Dukes team are definitely the best real estate in the Penrith area. Well done to Charlotte and the team.

worst experience ever – I had the worst experience ever with this agency. They lie about everything, don't respond to emails, refuse to carry out repairs, and their staff are extremely rude. The condition of my current house is very poor. I strongly advise against renting a property managed by this agency.

Great staff – We recently rented a place through dukes and I couldn't recommend them highly enough especially kristy who couldn't do enough to help.

the owner came out 30 days prior and said the house was clean and neat and the people that work there are extremly rude and disrespectful i dont unterstand how they are still in buisness would not recomend dukes to my enemys the hole of dukes realestat should be ashamed.

Gold standard – Best in the Penrith/Lower Blue Mountains/all of Western Sydney for that matter. Would recommend to everyone we know.10/10

Appalling Service – Terrible at managing my rental, caused nothing but problems for me, would have been easier to have no agent. Don't trust them with yours.

Absolutely terrible experience – Had a professional end of lease clean done and professional painters touch up any spots left, still charged us money from our bond and tried to withhold the entire amount due to patchy grass, directly after the recent floods. Disgusting business

Awful service – This is the worst service . If you phone the office and ask to speak to your agent you are always told that she is working from home and they dont return your calls.

they don't return phone calls or emails and even going into the office doesn't get a response. DO NOT sign a lease with this company you will regret it...Awful service (actually no service).
