Average – Decent price and easy set up and pack down however condensation builds very easily and it will keep you up all night long in windy areas. the canvas slaps around and makes lots of noise Show details

Terrible – I have the 140cm tent and the condensation build inside is stupid No matter if I leave the vents open or closed I have to keep a towel up with me to wipe the walls and ceiling down because it will drip or run down sides and wet my mattress Very disappointed so will be getting rid of it Show details

2 years in still going great – My roof topper lives on my hilux, rain, hail or shine, 2 years on still no leaks, gets used a lot. A bit noisy along the highway but expected when doing 110kph, need to gaffa tape the straps, they flap driving you crazy, I like hard-ish beds so suits me fine although I did put a foam mattress topper in it, makes all the difference, ladder is easy… Read more

to use (make sure you take it off before you raise the tent like I did..oops) pockets are awesome for dirty boots/shoes, really easy to set up, takes longer to get the cover on or off than setting up tent. I have slept in it in the rain, Hasn't leaked any water yet, just have to set it up strategically. I love sleeping in it, just don't go to bed drunk, it's I biatch to navigate the ladder when you are. I bought this one because it was a cheap roof topper just to see if it's worth getting a more expensive one, but I'm really attached to the Dune, I'll keep her until I get to old to climb ladders. Just be aware of the static and dynamic weight limits of your particular car roof rack. My roof can take 100kgs dynamic, the roof rack weighs 48 and the dune weighs 46 so it is within dynamic limit, the static load capacity for the roof of my (now) patrol is far greater than that (probably 6 to 8 times the dynamic weight load limit), I think that's how it works, happy to be corrected, yes, for the price, it's worth buying, better than some other that jut out when extended, the dune sits snugly on the roof, happy camping.

Great tent but needs to improve on the design of the ladder – it was fast and easy to set up. steps on the ladder not well designed. can’t step with bare feet, steps are tilted with slim bar instead of flat surface. Show details

Great tent – We bought this the day before we went on a month-long camping trip thru the Pilbara. Short summary - loved it highly recommended. 1: Make sure that your roof racks are secure. Had an issue and had to remove and fix. 2: Ensure all cover straps are tied down and don't flap when driving. 3: Outside bags flap in the wind, took them off 4: Love the… Read more

multiple pockets and hook items inside 5: Easy to setup/takedown although gas struts lost effectiveness after about 3 weeks and ensure release strap is fastened when opening. 6: Cleaned it with garden hose afterwards and there were no leaks inside. 7: Fine in very strong winds but ensure that the wind comes from the closed side. 8: In very high winds open side panel and mesh to stop flapping. Probably needs a sponge or something to protect on the outside. 9: Ladder is stable, just make sure that sections are locked and tied to car. Had no issues. 10: Great having the extra height to enjoy the scenery and not having to worry about sleeping on the ground (no rocks spiders etc) 11: Issues with condensation inside tent early mornings (~200km north of Perth) 12: Poor marketing by Anaconda, showed the 140cm wide but 120cm product sold to us.
