Good SUV Tyre – The SP Sport 7000 AS came as standard fit on our Nissan X-Trail TL out of the factory. The TL uses the 225/55 - 18 size. We've since driven the car nearly 40,000km and the tyres seem to be wearing pretty well. I think I'll get at least another 30,000km out of them. We run them at the placarded pressures most of the time and we've used them in all conditions - highways, dirt, mud and sand.
Grip on sealed roads appears to be excellent and I've never felt unsafe with them.
These tyres are very quiet on the roads - no noticeable road noise.
On dirt, mud and sand the tyres seem to grip well and never let us down. Low sidewalls means that your rims can be a little vulnerable to damage from rocks and this happened to one of our rims.
Otherwise, a good tyre. Quiet on the highway, long wearing, good grip in all conditions Low sidewalls - watch for damage to your rims if you take them off-road

When I first wrote the review above I guesstimated I'd get 70,000km out of them. I'm well on the way to achieving it...61000 and counting! The Dunlop 7000 is an excellent tyre.
