One star rating for Dunn Strata and only because I'm compelled to do so by Product Review – One star rating for Dunn Strata and only because I'm compelled to do so by Product Review. I've clicked 'like' for all the complaints re: that company. If matters get worse we'll be forced to take them to court. So I'll take evidence to court rather than list it here. So to repeat, one star rating for Dunn Strata from me and that's only because Product Review does not recognize or print comments with zero stars

4 and a half years of nonsense – Honestly, if we ever thought about moving into a building again that had Dunns Strata managing it, we would think twice about our decision to move. Dunns are unpleasant to deal with, and it really feels like they don't consider residents when making decisions. They are not thorough, fast or professional. committee, perhaps it is down to Dunns. Either way, a strata management company should be more customer-centric and I do not recommend them at all.

important and timely maintenance jobs to be done which Dunns' have understood well and attended to with efficiency over the years. The Levies are in accordance with our needs, their fees are very reasonable and we have built a good collaborative relationship with the Company. In other words, we get along whilst any small complaints we might have had are handled with respect and professional service. Recently, Tammy Dunn, in particular has negotiated a complex financial settlement with our local council. She was diligent, accurate and tenacious in achieving a very good outcome for our residents. Council agreed to our claims which is no small feat. Her expertise, documentation and communication skills were key to resolving an expensive claim for repair work to our much loved building. I recommend them without reserve. Like all Strata titles, a lot depends on whether the Executive committee functions well and is able providing clear instructions on what owners want and being mutually respectful.

The Best Strata Managers I've Ever Had – If you are thinking of changing to Dunns'. I'd recommend you do. and value of the Building. Granted we have a very responsive committee and that makes it easier for everything to flow smoothly. Plus as an Owner I find that the best reviews to follow when choosing a Strata Management Company is another Owner after all we're the ones they work for and are hired to look out for not the Contractors or Real Estate Agents. I hope my review helps anyone thinking of taking on this great family business as their Strata Managers. Thank you again, Dunns' and I look forward to many more years of your management.

POOR SERVICE – A client of ours had a property that was un-lettable due to building issues. The property sat vacant for 4 weeks and nothing was done. We contacted the principal of the business by email and phone as the strata agent refused to do any work in the matter. Finally got a return call but the owner and I are still waiting for a reply to an email to explain the poor service.

Unprofessional – After the electrician they sent out to sort out the neighbours internet connection used our cabling and completely disconnected us they refused to rectify it. Subsequent dealings have been dishonest and very unprofessional.

Highly recommend – This is the most attentive strata management company Iive dealt with. They have always responded to requests in a professional way, and have provided friendly and reliable advice. I would highly recommend them!!

Check the Tribunal Records - Bad for Dunns – If you don't believe the bad reviews - check the NSW strata tribunal records. He acted against the best interest of the block / what the majority of the owners wanted and instead of being unbiased, sided with a select few on the old panel who were the only ones to profit from a huge strata loan. He even went to the tribunal with those few to try… Read more

to get full power to force this loan through, but lost and subsequently got (finally) booted out. Stay clear or suffer the consequences!

Tradies Beware - you won't get paid! – This is a warning to all tradies that if you are engaged to do work for this strata company you won't get paid for months, possibly even years! They claim its the executive committee holding up the payments! This is complete bollocks! I have not had one single instance with any other strata company, where the EC has held up approval of invoices… Read more

for work carried out for over a year. Unprofessional, complete lack of ethics and respect for the businesses that do work for them in good faith.

Good for comedy, terrible for strata management – Don't even go close. Have bene dealing with them for two years, for many multiple issues. I can not think of one issue they handled correctly or on time. Yesterday I heard from a tradesman who hadn't been paid for 5 months despite several reminders. That was the least of our worries over the last 2 years, but typical of the service and we weren't surprised.

An attentive family business – Been dealing with them for a few years now and I've found them to be both knowledgeable and friendly. Creditors tell me that are always paid within days of approval and they are easy to get on the phone. Plus I really like their online access to client info.
