Will never use this dealership again. Bought a landcruiser dual cab which was already severely overpriced. All of the gear on the vehicle that was stated in a video I received did not work. Had to rewire the whole ute for an extra $10 000. Also found the winch had been fitted but no wiring and no control to be able to use it. Basically a boat anchor. Salesman also very pushy.

Recieved an offer to sell my vehicle via email. I accepted the offer and filled out the paperwork. Followed up over the next two weeks and no response. Finally received a phone call after contacting the businnes via their info email address to say they made a mistake and the value was incorrect. They blamed some app they use and but the information I had provided was true and accurate.

back from Sydney/Chatswood dealership to Adelaide, and it went as sweet as the whole way. It is an exceptional example, and obviously well cared for & prepared for sale. Dealt with a bloke called Nick, and he was fantastic. They weren't so hot on shifting from their advertised price (I expected more haggling - there was none entertained!) but the car is such a lovely example that I've forgiven them that! Was super impressed with their floor stock, with a swag of Porsches, Mercs and even a $600K McLaren :)

Dutton One - Not a great experience! – Purchased Range Rover Vogue Supercharged V8 Autobiography from Dutton One Port Melbourne. Timing chain went within 14,000km of car purchase. Repair bill of over $15,000.00. During mechanical inspection of mechanical fault diagnosis, car revealed sinister discoveries in engine bay. No response at all from Dutton One! through their tactics and chose to walk away rather than be manipulated. Amazingly, as I was leaving, they suddenly dropped the price to exactly what I had originally offered—proving how artificial their pricing strategy was. Then came the issue with my trade-in. They claimed damage that required an outrageous repair cost, restarting the whole negotiation process. When I threatened to cancel the deal unless they charged a fairer amount—half of what they originally quoted—they instantly backed down. Clearly, their pricing is as flexible as their integrity. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. The aggression, deception and high-pressure sales tactics here are not worth the hassle. If you do decide to engage with them, be prepared for a frustrating and disingenuous experience.

Bad management – Bad experience, bad management !! Purchase Merccedes S350 and delivered from Brisbane by Prixcar My car get detailed and ceramic coated before Prixcar picked up and when arrived Melbourne 5 spot has strapp damaged and they don’t except my claim and Dutton One Brisbane management DOESN’T HELP at all so I will take a legal action

First Clas – Braeden called us to purchase our car. He was the ultimate professional, offered us a good price for our car and made the whole process seamless. Called us at 10am and money was in our account by 3pm. Amazing !! 20 stars for Braeden.

Post Purchase Experience – Had a very bad post purchase experience. I was looking to give feedback on the issues I faced after my purchase, and they looked to prove me wrong on not doing my due diligence. A reputed brand like them should be more willing to listen to their customers.
