Poor customer service
My company bought a new hyundai and when I went to pick up the sales left me waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation or apology. The car was sitting in the showroom the whole time. I got up to leave and all of a sudden the sales appeared to hand me the keys to a car with dirty windows.
I ultimately purchased a C4 Citroen Grand Picasso in July 2019 - beautiful car to drive.
Despite a time and date arranged to inspect the vehicle and being told "it was in pristine conditon" the car was not ready - not washed not detailed and parked three deep in the car yard. It had a broken boot strut and a smashed in rear right bumper an numerous minor dints.
I had to ask how to start the vehicle ( its a keyless start) and was not shown how to drive this model when I went alone for a test drive.
