Great – This is a great product. One capsule and I have clear mental energy for at least 5 hours. I did not crash or feel the need for another capsule after 5 hours. After 10 hours of taking the capsule I was ready for sleep. I have a low tolerance for energy anything, so one capsule was good enough for me. So for me no side effects. Good focus, alertness.
