E-green electrical has very poor customer service. Just pushing out products such as Rinnia without any backup to their customers. Save your money and time by not dealing getting warrently headache.

Poor warranty follow up on residential air conditioning. The pre sale and installation arranged by Kai was uneventful. tradesperson out. The leaking drain pipe was not resolved, culminating in doing our own repair to the extraction pipe. This should have been managed better and reflects poorly on the company and a reason why I may not consider using them for my future projects.

Paul did an excellent job replacing all our halogen lights to LED. He was friendly, efficient, and respectful of our house. Highly recommend him and E-Green. There was as bit of confusion with timing but Paul stayed in touch and updated us during the day. Show reply

fantastic and made sure that none of my water outlet were draining on the ground even though it was difficult to reach the stormwater drain sometimes! They answered all my questions very nicely, and were in general very Jovial guys to deal with! My congratulations to them for an excellent installation and an excellent experience! Would highly recommend them! Lastly Kai is absolutely amazing guy to deal with! He took my calls and acted fast even on the day of his vacation! Gave me a very professional, excellent and reasonable quote and I loved dealing with him and his team Clarissa!

Operations mananger made sure everything went smoothly and the installers Phong and Van made sure furniture was covered and completed the job faultlessly, taking care with extra details which other installers hadnt bother to dowith previous installations ive had.Quoted Price for Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Air con was extremely reasonable .
