very happy and impressed with service and price – very happy with the price we rang and li measured up the next day and provided a quote on the spot. Shutters were installed in 2 weeks and I love them they look amazing Very good value price was excellent and they are made in Australia

delivered to expectation – Right from pre sales to supply and installation all went extremely well.The finished product first class and the actual installation was excellent.Would recommend without hesitation.

Poor product and poor after-sales service – Li is very helpful pre-sales, his team arrived for installation on time, as others have said their spoken english is very poor but they are very polite and remove shoes entering property etc. Shutters were fine to begin with but then grey pencil like marks/scratches started appearing, clean with JIF we were told. later appear again. After inspection Li promised to remove and replace same day. He removed then refused to replace saying we caused the damage cleaning them....WTH! Took 3 days to get our blinds returned and all Li had done was clean them. He said go to Fair Trading he didnt care!!! Visited warehouse/factory in Bankstown, met an extremely rude Asian lady, Li turned verbally aggresive and E-Shutters will not change their stance. Product is sub standard and after sales service non-existent.

Beautifully installed plantation shutters for a great price ! – Very happy overall with the price , product and speedy service . Do not waste your time looking else where , if you are after white PVC plantation shutters Mr Lee is the man to see . From the date he measured and gave me the quote (which was very competitive) it was completed and installed within a week ! Thanks again

No after sales service!!! – We negotiated a price and after they installed they wanted to charge us more!!! I refused to pay the extra charges and the owner [name removed] called me and threatened to come around and pull them all down.... were told by [name removed] it would be posted to us? We are still waiting? Since the install we noticed a few defects and when I called [name removed] to notify him of the issues he simply ignores the issue!!! He does not return my calls or any of my text messages.... We have referred him to so many friends and family and feel that once he gets your money the service end there... I will be contacting the ACCC and Fair Trading as we need these issues resolved....

Great investment – Lee came to measure and quote on the day of our call. He went about measuring and came back to us with the quote the next day. language barrier as they are Chinese with not much English but it did not stop us from ordering. We prompted the company for an install date and had it in 24 hrs. The installer (also no English) was courteous and worked hard to get most of the job done in a day by himself! Hard worker who went about his business uninterrupted. He also removed his shoes at the door which I was pleased about. Would highly recommend. Great product. Just requires patience with language barrier.
