have a car so can't drive either). I have also only eaten the food once before and it was awful. Based on the other complaints I would recommend going hungry.

Horrible- took 90 minutes to deliver, was starved by then – I liked the deals, but the delivery time (which should've taken around 10 minutes from suburb to an adjacent suburb) was WAY TOO LONG. Very disappointed. Also made a call regarding the lateness and although I was reassured that my meal should've been here in 2 minutes, waited another 20 minutes.

Randwick Store - A loaf of bread would have more taste than thier pizzas. Dont waste your time or mo – Used to get good pizzas AND good service from the Randwick store a couple of years ago when Paul made the pizzas. This was a convenient 3 min walk for me. Meanwhile I thought I would give Eagle Boys Randwick another chance today. Boy was that a HUGE MISTAKE!

I thought their pizzas went really bad a couple of years ago but now they are down to just pizza base with a sprinkling of cheese and topping but not enough to see or taste. I could only taste the sauce. As [name removed] said in her review They are a national disgrace!

Revolting - a national disgrace – Foul, bland tasting, soggy mess. Stopped ordering from Cooroy store ages ago as almost inedible. We buy Lebanese bread now from supermarket and top with lovely fresh ingredients at a fraction of the cost for Eagle Boys' rubbish.

Terrible – Soggy terrible tasting pizza. Dead cockroache on the floor and mouse crap also on the waiting chairs at the Blackwater store. The pizza was twice the price of the Rockhampton store. Never will I return.

Excellent customer service and great pizza- Burpengary Store – Phoned and placed a pick up order at the Burpengary store. The fellow on the phone had great customer service. Went and collected the pizza and I was served by Braden and he had great customer service, very polite and had said he had made our pizza. Pizza was great Thanks Braden! You have won us over as customers.

Your app is useless – I placed an online order for 1 pizza and 2 desrts 1 soft drink. When my order arrived 15 minutes after the time it stated it would arrive from the Fairfield Qld store, there was only the deserts and drink. When i rang they stated there was no otder for a pizza. No help was offered to get me the pizza i ordered. Your online ordering lacks and so foes your customer service. I am never using Eagle Boys again. You have lost a good customer.

Pizza delivery from Boondall store always late – We like to get pizza on a one off treat and find eagle boys have the best pizza and deals and the 15" pizza is a grate idea. But everytime we order our pizza is never on time or near the delivery time.. even when ordered a day in advance. I can except 10 to 15minutes at peak hours but 1hour is a joke and to forget food.

Merrylands Branch: Worst pizza and customer service – I left a negative feedback to them directly. The manager called me back and told me i was a liar, and to attempt to redeem herself then offered me a free pizza. I also tried to contact head office who didn't seem to care either. VERY disappointed, will not be purchasing from them ever. Our pizzas arrived home cold and with no topping or barely any (we bought 3 pizzas).

How Bad Geraldton Eagle Boys Pizza Delivery Really Is – I order up a pizza to arrive at 4:30 and after waiting for it to arrive till 4:58 I decided to call up and found out that they had pushed my order back and that they didn't even know when they could deliver it to me. After waiting for 2 hours finally it arrived but the presentation was terrible and taste wasn't up to par. It seemed to me like they rushed it to! Don't ever buy a pizza from the Geraldton Eagle Boys.

Best fast food pizza ever!! – These guys are generous with their topping and the pizzas are amazing.... Worth the extra $2 over dominos pizza.. The base is fresh and gourmet like

no cheese, – cheese sauce, no stretchy cheese.... yucky my faughters face was like? where is the cheese, we where totally appalled.....no thankyou

wait 4 mins each call for someone to answer to find out where my pizza had got to. The pizza finally turned up at 6.15pm minus my free life saver ice block which I was told by the delivery driver that they where out of stock of the ice block. Don't think I will go eagle boys next time for a pizza

small town in Noosa shire so not much choice of takeaways so I buy pizza again and you have to be kidding me this pizza has no topping, is on the wrong base, it is burnt and I mean bloody crispy and you can not tell what the toppings are because they are all brown Yuck. To many young staff all in there working I could not see one mature aged supervisor at all! So glad we are moving out of this area and back to the coast because we love pizza but will never visit this store again. Come on eagle boys protect your chain and get somebody to go out to this store undercover boss and work this out!
