The worst customer service I've ever had – After fitting and supplying both indoor and Outdoor Blinds on time as promised. I had a couple of issues. I have A blind inside which won't stay up. me he was overseas, yet the day before he hadn't mentioned it. I told him not to worry, and I would call the office directly. He then told me not to bother because the office is a virtual office and that all calls were diverted to him. He also suggested that if I wanted the frame for my Outdoor Blind to be cream in color, after 'he's choose black, when my house is clearly cream, I should take them down and paint them. The absolute worst customer service I've ever had.

And I hope that people read my review, and the other similar comments before choosing easy blinds.

Easy Blinds – I have had similar experience. They came out measured up, took my deposit and haven't been heard of since. I have telephone 4 times but just found out it is an answering service! There email address is not valid. I think I have been conned. Buyer beware!!!!

The whole bar and curtains FELL ! In 2 bedrooms! – I usually don't write reviews but this time I have to warn others!!! installation the whole bar and curtains fell! in my kids bedroom (toddlers) they blamed my kids and said it was the their fault.. . they came back the following day and fixed it (after lots of pressure ... at the last minute they wanted to postpone...

4- the same day, after they fixed my boys room, the whole rail and curtain fell in room number 2!!! My baby's room!!!

Fortunately for us no one was in the room.

They cannot blame my kids as no one was IN the room when everything FELL!!!!

They are unprofessional and unsafe.

They proposed to come and fix it again but after ALL OF this i refused and called a handyman.

I don't want to work with them ever again!

what a lack of after sales service – absolutely shocking service have told everyone who asks to keep away from them very very slow to get shutters shutters have defects but cannot get them fixed stay away from them and you will be happier December 5th 2016 Update: Stay away from easy blinds A big con after 18mths came to check faults shaked hands said he will fix within 2wks 2 months now cant contact company and sales rep has blocked my phone calls buyers stay away.

finally showed up to install the shutters on 23rd Decmeber (we were having family over on 24th Dec).

The man who showed up to install them was completely unprofessional

and rude - he also threatened to harm my dog who was barking at him (a pocket dog)!

After noticing that there was an issue with one shutter in our room I rang to have someone come and take a look as we'd barely had them a month.

I have since called on six other occasions trying to get someone to come and look at them - mind you each time I am assured that they always call back their customer on the same day and each every time that has been a lie as I am yet to hear back from anyone!

For a product that took so long to receive and that has only been installed barely 4 months there is absolutely no customer service!!

Once they took our final payment they didn't want to know about it if there were problems!!

Buyer beware and think twice, don't make the same mistake I did just to try and save a few $$$!
