Easymove Services - Packers and Movers

Easy to book, great communications, kept well informed on all aspects. The guys were fast, polite, professional & respectful . The move involved several pieces of new boxed furniture & a number of plastic tubs & a few assorted items Would use again if the need arises.

The service was excellent and extra instructions on the day were dealt with without fuss and willingly I recommend this service to anyone

and 12 pm. 1.25pm hadn't heard from him so sent a txt asking when I would be moved and what was happening. 2.15 pm no response, rang him and left a voice message to see what was going on. 3pm the driver calls and says still at auto electrician truck still not fixed. Around 5 pm driver calls back and says my move now 12pm 11/4. On 11/4 I received a txt saying it'll now be between 2pm and 3pm. Another driver calls and says 5pm. Moving is stressful enough so you can imagine how much stress was added when your not even sure the movers will turn up! Was even contemplating just going and hiring a box trailer to move myself. Here's my issue with the whole situation, [Name Removed] was happy to contact me whilst organizing the booking and following up but the minute issues started occurring he palmed off the responsibility to the drivers, really disappointed with his lack of communication and leaving the drivers to deal with me. Then the cost, $681 for 2.5 hour move, drivers arrived 5.10pm and where done by 7.15 pm so basically charged 2 hours " to and from base" here's the thing, they didn't come to my place from the base, they came from another job so not only did I pay for that hour so did the previous customer. I would've expect better customer service considering and slome reduction in price considering how much I was stuffed around but got nothing.

DO NOT USE EASY MOVE – Do not use easymove services! They are misleading in their pricing and will add hidden fees at the end of the job. [Name Removed] is incredibly rude and finds any way to inflate the price. under the term “base to base”. The base to base fee is also increased when there is an extra driver. DO NOT ENGAGE. It’s a shame to the subcontractors who do the physical work for easy move. They are excellent workers and deserve to receive the fees for their service directly. Their website quoted me $464.75 for a service. On the day I was charged $1,050 for the same job. And this was after having to deal with [Name Removed] raising his voice at me and offering a $20 disgruntled customers discount. DO NOT USE EASY MOVE.
