Terrible. They cannot assemble furniture! – Terrible. THEY CANNOT ASSEMBLE FURNITURE WHEN THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THEY COULD! Turned up much earlier than agreed giving me 10 mins notice. did it all wrong. They said the bed was too difficult and put the chair legs on backyards and totally did the entertainment unit wrong. So I told them not to worry about it and that they could go as they said I would be better off employing someone who knew what they were doing.

So I had a neighbour drive 40 mins to my friends’ apt who assembled them all saying it wasn’t difficult.

So that was mostly a waste of approx $480.

They only accepted cash too.

Then to top it all off, their truck had damaged the exterior of the building that I moved into, which I was unaware of until the body corp reported this to my real estate agent. I ended up having to pay $450 to repair this as they refused to take ownership of the damage. Appalling service and strongly encourage that you don't use them.

Time wasted and feeling scammed – Agree with the review that states the movers wasted time in every possible way, numerous times I was moving back and forth from the truck to assist in carrying items only to find the 2 movers sitting in the truck chatting. arrived after an hour or so for what should have been a 20 minute drive. At the very end, they demanded an additional $60 and stated they would not leave until all money was paid, including this new mystery $60 fee. Complete scammers.

a friend and it took less than 2 hours.

However, the movers I received were extremely inefficient and wasted time in every possible way. To begin with, despite scheduling the job for 2:30-3:00 pm, the worker arrived at 12:30 pm, two hours earlier than expected. This caused some trouble with the building manager as I had to adjust my moving booking. During the work, they frequently stopped working after every trip between the house and the truck, and sometimes one of them would stay in the truck while the other worked alone. They loaded the trolley with little pieces when they could have loaded more, and sometimes they wouldn't even use the trolley to carry things and waste as much time as possible. I even had to ask the guy sitting in the truck to get off and help his co-worker. To make matters worse, when I asked them to take the washing machine downstairs where the laundry connection was, they refused unless I paid extra.

I only hired this business for a light job as I am currently fasting and cannot do much physical work during the day. However, I ended up moving and sweating more than the movers themselves. They will give you a low hourly rate quote, but waste time to make you end up paying much more than if you went with a decent business with a higher hourly rate. I highly recommend that you save your money and avoid this business.

Very comfertable move – "Easyway Removals" they worked through the day while the the elevator broke down, they used the stairs six levels, did not take a break they had the  right equipment, friendly customer service, and very competitive rate, they charged me $69 an hr, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good removalist anywhere Melbourne. Reliable and cheaper then the other guys If they used bank cards would have been nice, or used a purchase order.
