Firm! Zero snuggle factor but good for our bodies – This is a simple mattress. And it's firm! My partner (male 50 years 70kg) loved it first night and 3 weeks in I'm getting used to it (female 45 years 70kg). I've added a woollen doona (doubled) on top for softness but plan to add a latex topper my side. The firmness is great for my partners back stiffness. stiffness gone. Great for back and tommy sleeping. Side sleeping has no yield response so I feel a bit of pressure on hips and shoulders. That does not seem to cause any body/joint pain though. I find it difficult to fall asleep as quickly - our last one with a topper - but that was not great for our backs. No/very minimal smell on opening. No heat feeling. Great price. Feels like it wont sag ever! Or at least will be some time before it does.

Perhaps too firm to be supportive – The mattress is true to its name, very firm. Prior to purchase I visited a number of retail mattress stores to try out the most firm mattresses available. This lead me to believe that the extra firm Ecosa Align Firm mattress would be right for me. As a back sleeper I feel pressure across my back when laying on my back. It feels as though my body is only really being supported at my hips and shoulders.

uncomfortable mattress and horrendous customer experience – 1. the mattress was not comfortable 2. there is a clearly stated policy that if the mattress is not comfortable they will pick it up and refund it. this sounds fairly simple and positive however this took 4 weeks, 27 emails, 6 phone calls, a one fraudulent transaction report to my bank. Show details

Very firm comfortable mattress – I was looking for a mattress that could support my lower back. This mattress is really really firm and at first it might seem too hard, but after a week it feels perfect. I prefer this one to the ecosa mattress as that one is not as firm and doesn't have spring for back support. Show details ·  1

Just the firm we all wanted in the family, highly recommended – Initially bought single bed and then within 2 weeks bought 2 more queen mattresses. Highly recommended.
