The pillow is medium quality and there is obviously mark from manufacturing can be found, I thought is dirt when first open. Support is firm and can be feel high for some people that the neck muscles feel discomfort after sleeping. Show details

It feels nice to lie on, and switches pretty well between side and back sleeping, but I would have liked the groove for the head to be a bit more well defined. It did take a few nights to adjust to, with a couple of nights of pretty poor sleep before I got used to it. It reduced my neck pain, but wasn’t able to completely alleviate it. Show details ·  1
