Ecosa Cooling Leg Elevation Pillow

The pillow itself is good, and does what it's designed to do. Where it falls short is the lack of an actual pillow case or more linen based pillow cover option. Apart from that it seems sturdy and well made. I haven't washed the cover yet so I'm not sure how that holds up to washing and extended regular use.

the product is classified as a "body pillow" it cannot be returned, although if it was a "head pillow" then it could be; WHAT!

It seems that a policy that's provisions determine that a person's head isn't part of their body is likely a construct of some Quasi-Autonomous Non-Governmental Organisation, but as ridiculous as it is, Ecosa has chosen to accept it as part of its Terms & Conditions of Sale .....so read them before finalising any purchase.

This pillow is comfortable and helps reduce leg pain, and with POTS symptoms. I do find the fact that it’s curved a little annoying as I end up crossing my legs and would prefer not to, but I’m not sure if that’s just me. Show details ·  1

It has made sleeping much more comfortable, enabling my lymphoedema affected legs to get drainage, without using regular pillows that migrate across the bed and annoy my husband. The only small negative is that the surface is prone to pilling. Show details ·  1

The Ecosa Cooling Leg Elevation Pillow is really helpful for my husband. He will use it every time his leg starts to hurt. He had a major operation and only has half of his foot and the pillow stands out better than any other thing we have tried to keep his leg upwards such as pillows.
