great to have the configuration options and prevents accidental rolling over. Can't really use the half moon pillows without them sliding away unless they're joined together. Show reply

The fabric is definitely cool to touch and is soft enough. The pillow has some weight to it and holds its shape well. And easy washable covers too. Show reply

I ordered this pillow on the basis that I could return it under the 100-day return policy. When I enquired about returning the pillow for a credit to purchase another item I was told this isn’t possible. The website does not make it clear enough that only one pillow is covered by this policy. I have many Ecosa products but won’t be purchasing… Read more

any more. There are plenty of alternatives out there so don’t bother with this company if you want any decent level of customer service.

Comfortable and love that I can change the configurations to what I prefer. The cover also always stays so cool which is great. I wish the Velcro was a bit stronger/durable as I’m already 10 weeks into using it and occasionally a side can come away when I turn around in bed at night. Show reply
