my friends who also had a similar reaction. In fairness, I have two toddlers so I am often washing my hands throughout the day for nappy changes, toilet training, plus my own general needs. It took weeks for my hands to recover.

Coconut and vanilla – I have dermatitis to the point of sometimes cracking, this soap does not irritate it (1 extra star making it 3). is unpleasant. I hate to be over critical but i choose eco friendly products for a variety of reasons but i also want to enjoy the fragrance.

Very harsh, destroyed my skin – This handwash smells nice and the package looks great but it is very harsh on the skin. After using this handwash my skin on my hands became so rough with very bad cuticles and actually peeled! As soon as i stopped using the handwash my skin improved and after a week or so stopped peeling.

Favourite, smells amazing! – I'm not a fan of the coconut and vanilla hand wash as it is not very fragrant. The orange and patchouli hand wash is however divine. The smell is amazing and it's gentle on hands. I buy this product regularly and it is expensive, it's more cost effective to buy the larger refill bottle. I stock up when the refill bottle is on special at woolworths.

Great clean, but very drying – This is nice smelling and gives a very good clean. Removes all traces of makeup/ dirt/ oil etc. easily. I liked the squeaky clean feeling. same with the skin in the 'v' part of my fingers. This was with using a hand cream a few times a day. The same thing happened with my young children too, big sore red scaly patches on the hands.

I won't be repurchasing this product for these reasons, I will keep what I have stored away though for a really thorough clean when we need it. Will just just it as a one off rather than daily use.

Smells awesome and good for skin – I bought this as it does not use toxic chemicals and isn't anti-bacterial or tested on animals. I love it. It has a great smell ( 2 types: vanilla and coconut or patchouli and orange) and doesn't dry out my skin. I get very dry hands in winter and this has helped tremendously. way. My only complaint would be that it is much more expensive than other handwashes (around double the price) but overall I think it is worth the extra money. Naturally based, no animal testing, not anti-bacterial, non-drying. Expensive

It must be the SLS that isnt in the product, as all the other ones have it, its the cleansing foaming agent, now I will bye a SLS free shampoo and see if it makes a difference. Soft clean hands Slightly more expensive than other brands, but soooo worth it
