Bought a Deebot T8+ unit, which worked great for two years then died. I wanted to stay in the same eco system since i already had consumables to use up, so bought a deebot N10 online through the ecovacs app. Unfortunately the N10 is dying under two years this time, poor suction, lost cant find homebase, maps get skewed, doesnt complete a clean.… Read more

No good if you have pets. We have 2 short haired dogs in the house and 3 people with long hair in the house. Doesn’t matter what we do, the self-emptying has never been able to empty the machine. Between the dust, dog hair and whatever else it picks up, I have to empty because the small holes are either too small to suck out the dust or suction on… Read more

the home base is useless. That only worked okay for a few months before it could no longer suck it all out. So I constantly have to empty it. Worked okay for about a year but once warranty ran out, it can no longer get back to home base, it gets lost or just stop randomly in the middle of the house and no longer cleans the whole area it’s supposed to. It only does sections each day now instead of the whole area. And you constantly have to clean it out and “maintain” it. Sick of spending a fortune on the brand machines to get absolutely disappointed. Getting me a temu one next.

Disappointed – Somewhat over sensitive. Gets caught on everything and lost often. Can't leave it on when out because it always gets stuck (but often isn't actually stuck on/near anything). Waste of time and money – This robot vac constantly got stuck on rugs and also kept getting lost. After 3 attempts, it had finally mapped the house only to lose the map the next time it was used. Customer service was no help either. I ended up returning it for a refund and replies with a different brand that works perfectly. Show details

well(Japanese Spitz). The roller, hepa filter and dust bin is easy to remove, and the provided cleaning brush comes with a hair cutting tool to cut any hair that gets tangled around the roller. All phone charging cables must be put out of the way of the robot otherwise it will suck them up and jam the roller. Once you've done a map of the house, the emptying station must stay where you originally set it up, otherwise it will not go home. All additional bags, rollers, hepa filters and rotating brushes can be sourced from Timu and Aliexpress for a reasonable price. I recommend this vacuum 100percent.

It Will Save Time – The Take Away This device will save time in the environment it is directly aimed at. Basically, if you are in a fairly tidy adult-type dwelling, even with pets, this little robot will keep on top of things. Its forte is vacuuming with the mopping feature an appreciated add-on that has its place. I am in the environment contemplated above. … Read more

Mapping 10/10 Credit where it's due. The large parts of the house this got a look at it mapped perfectly. Renovating, so that's why some of the house was cut off to it.

It is best to have a firm eye on things the first time it is asked to map. In my experience, Deebot N10 for some reason had issues with a very flimsy curly-edged cheap mat I had down for renovation purposes. It also got flummoxed by a wedge-shaped door stop and it would have climbed all over an eating-style tray with the cat's food on it. Nothing terrible or unforeseeable in reality, and overall we were just very impressed.

Vacuum Ability 10/10 I can't dock anything here for what is reasonably expected. It even reaches around corners and has a go into them with its brushes. It's not 100% guaranteed every last centimeter being covered every pass, but it seems mostly the case. It has a repeat pass feature, but I find we don't need to bother with that option. Various power options can be set but for an everyday pass once around with standard power is plenty.

It's fine over the short piled rugs we have, and there were no issues with anything being accidentally ruined by the mop when in that mode.

Mopping Ability 6/10

No cleaning fluid, a mop pad hardly larger than the hand of a very large person means only so much can be expected. You can turn the power up and more water is used, but then most pressure seems to be exerted in the third of the pad most attached to the rest of the unit.

I would recommend a good couple of mop pads to simply rotate them each day at least. Leaving it on at the base unit after mopping for any length is obviously not a good option.

Overall the mopping function is a valid add-on that we use almost every day, but we do wish it allowed cleaning fluid and that more even pressure was possible at higher power settings.

Object Management 9/10

Its mapping is so good that it's in good shape to cope. However, it will get slowed down if say dining room chairs are moved. On the plus side it works it out and what can be reached by its physical form factor is reached. Our hard-floor central island kitchen has never looked so consistently spotless. Outside hard edge corners and all under counter edges are effortlessly cleaned.

Does It Replace Manual Mopping / Vacuuming? 7/10

It particularly makes a very good dent in vacuuming. Our main thoroughfare hallway and kitchen are kept spotlessly looks-wise. This sums up the vacuuming side well apart from obviously low-down three-piece suites and the like still needing to be moved for that main cleaning day. Overall though this side of the offering is a very strong offering.

The mopping function obviously in no way replaces a mop, elbow grease, and floor cleaner. Again I point out that we appreciate the function (see above).

The App 6/10 We have very good WiFi and I am using a new Samsung A54 5G. Everything is up to date phone wise and I made sure the appliance firmware was up to date. This side of things was very intuitive.

The good news continues in that its base functionality is rock solid, so getting things moving and any cleaning is very easy.

The only problem came when I tried setting up separate areas. Very separate areas going from one side of the mapped area to the other happen easily. However, try as I might, I can't subdivide these areas. This basically disallows one room to be done via this method, and with voice control otherwise working well this is a shame.

Saving the day is, "Custom Mode". It's very easy and quick to use, but it means you have to open the app to size and place the area (only 4 dots with square and oblong shaping only).

The allowed naming of areas is OK, but limiting if you like your own names for areas. Very small point, IMO.

The phone/Android version is brand new, so I suspect updates may come to rectify these issues.

Base Station 10/10

Very nice to have this. It keeps the robot's onboard waste empty and it charges things well. The battery seems overkill (see pics), but it should mean it lasts very well - no complaints.

Overall

I think 4 stars feel right. I have no other smart devices here, save for speakers. Nonetheless, that does not mean I am anything other than tech savvy, albeit in a very non-IT person way. The smarter parts of the App not fully functioning, limitations in naming areas combined with no cleaning solution of any kind being allowed for the mopping side contributed to 5 stars not seeing a fair rating. I consider 4 stars really very good though.

Whilst this review is part of the Ambassador Program any thoughts are my own. It seems a very good offering. Obviously more expensive options exist but for general keeping ahead and time-saving this has proven very worthwhile as it really is easy to set up and is then largely autonomous, just doing what it does without much ongoing user input. You can set a schedule, but frankly picking up my phone and selecting an area/custom area is so easy that I find that preferable to having something else on my schedule list.

Pictures: Second along shows the areas I was able to make in the App. I could not subdivide these. The 5th along shows its path. It really does cover its area very thoroughly. The last along (right) shows the custom area mode that I use most (it's the dotted black line area).

What a Fantastic product, it just works! now just to give it a personalised name – Review of Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus First up, yes I received this in exchange for a review, however that in no way makes this review biased. We are a family of 4 in a 4 bedroom standard size home, with a midsized dog that sheds a copious amount of fur and this gathers everywhere and is in need of constant vacuuming. So when the Ecovacs Deebot N10… Read more

Plus product was supplied for review, we were understandably excited to see how it would cope with the needs of a busy home and said fur shedding dog, even in the colder months.

The short of it.. Great battery life, easily does our 4 bedroom home with plenty of charge to spare Plenty of suction power to get the job done easily and hasn’t left anything behind Auto empty station so you don’t have to continually empty the Ecovac Navigation system works well and the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus finds its way without issue Vacuums and mops on the go and its power is easily adjustable as is the mopping wetness Smart home ready, with Google, Alexa and Siri integration. Just ask your device to start the cleaning cycle Looks good and doesn’t take up much room You can even custom name the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus, so get thinking..

There is such a huge choice in robot vacuums and of which vary greatly in price and features, this is certainly not the cheapest or most expensive, it sits in the middle and I highly recommend this unit, for its value, features, ease of use, the quality of the product and the excellent job that it does.

We have mostly floating floor with large rugs and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have carpet. The Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus does a great job and we have been very very impressed with how good it does vacuum, particularly as we have a corded Dyson and we also have a cordless Samsung Jet 90 which we bought along with the clean station. They all have their place, but we are very happy with the performance of the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus and it will be our ‘go to’ for general daily vacuuming. The others will be for getting behind doors and other places the Deebot cannot get to.

The Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus initially does the outskirts of the home and then goes into a back and forth pattern when cleaning each area, sometimes I think it could be more direct with the route it takes, but it does a good job. The vac easily transfers between hard floor, rugs and carpeted areas, and again we have been very impressed with the result.

We used the mopping function and it does work, and I even bought demineralised/distilled water to ensure nothing clogs the system overtime, but I will probably just mop the floors manually.

Well, starting with the packaging, it came well boxed and protected and everything fit like a jigsaw puzzle and the vac itself and empty station were well padded. I also liked the box, I think product packaging and style goes a long way in the decision making if you will decide to buy a product or not. Plus, the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus looks great in white.

We unboxed the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus and stripped off the protective plastic and the vacuums ‘bumper’ that it uses to sense an obstacle had its own packing strips to protect it from being moved. When all the protective packaging was removed we installed the dust bin and clicked in the two 3 sided sweeper blades that assist it to get into all the little corners and ensure everything is guided into the suction zone and sweeper brush.

Then we setup the app and get everything connected to WI-FI, this went smoothly and without issue, unlike some smart devices we have, it was intuitive and easy. It did do an update of the vac’s software, this failed the first time around, but installed without issue on the 2nd try, not sure why it didn’t finalise the update 1st time. When I placed the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus onto the charge station the first time, the voice prompt complained that the vac was not turned on, and to turn it on before charging, under the lid of the vac is an on/off switch, turned it on and it started charging.

Once charging was complete, it was time for the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus to do its first run to map the house and clean, this took around 65 minutes and the app states it was around 61m2 area that was cleaned. Once finished it states cleaning is complete and returns to the charge/clean station. It found its way and easily and docked itself without issue, it has successfully found its way home and docked every time. Once docked, it voices ‘charging starting’ and then ‘emptying the dust bin’, now the clean station is loud, but it is in essence a vacuum, so its not surprising at all.

It does have a smallish internal dust bin however it is plenty large enough for its designed role and that it comes with the clean/charge station where it can self empty, which it does well, except when there is a lot of dog fur, but more frequent cleaning fixes this issue. The only issue we found was that due to the dog fur and that the dust bin has two small exit holes for the clean station to suck out the debris, the dust bin holes compete with each other, and the dog fur sometimes gets left in the vacs dust bin, if it was one larger exit hole then it would empty without issue. When we do smaller vacuums of the house, it empties fine.

You can also set up auto return to use the auto empty station at a number of differing timed intervals, rather than at the end of vacuuming the house, we found that it would go back at the set interval, dock itself, it would start the auto empty, but then the vac would leave the doc while the auto empty station was still in operation. So not sure what is happening there, will have to look into that a bit more.

Before setting the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus off on its way, we do need to ensure nothing is going to be an issue, for example, charging cords, clothing, or any area you don’t want it to enter etc, plus we lift stools/chairs off the ground so it can vac that area, rather than manoeuvring around the stools, or dining chairs. This isn’t a concern and is easily done.

The vac has easily found its way around the home, regardless of furniture types, beds, chairs, stools, dog beds, etc and even when it gets into a tight space, the vac works out how to get out and keep cleaning. I was concerned about doors being closed as it runs along it and it getting behind a door, closing it and it getting trapped, but so far this has not happened.

Lately, rather than doing a complete house vac, I have used the ‘custom’ mode and selected a set area which is a resizable select tool and the vac sticks to the section you want. This has worked well and means you can do a quick clean of a smaller area.

In the app there is a ‘merge or divide’ an area, but it is difficult to divide and this needs to be an area of improvement for the app, I don’t want to put a virtual wall, I just want to be able to easily divide the dining and kitchen etc. I think it has something to do with what it considers a wall and you must join a wall to another wall to separate the area. Perhaps if I redo the mapping I might get a better result.

You can also choose ‘area’ for cleaning, once ‘zoned’ you can select what zone and in what order y ou want the Deebot Ecovac N10 Plus to clean and you can choose from pre-set names, for example, Lounge, kids room, corridor etc. The only issue I have with the zoning names is that the names are set and they cant be edited or added to, you should be able to custom name an area.

The clean/charge station for the Deebot Ecovac N10 Plus has a clear plastic ramp that assist it to drive up into the dock, it has run over this once from the side, every other time it has been faultless with knowing where it is and going around. The Deebot Ecovac N10 Plus has always docked properly and has never had an issue with achieving this.

We have had 1 time where it ‘forgot’ where it was and could not ‘relocate’ itself, when this happens it then decides to remap the house. You can stop this from proceeding. I think it happened as I had lifted the vac up to clean the roller and brushes, which I have done since, but have not had the same issue arise. It did try to find itself, but it timed out, I ended up putting the vac in a larger area, it then recognised where it was and the map memory restored and its been perfect since.

The app is reasonable and has some great features, I just wish the divide feature for dividing sections of the house worked better, After dividing the areas of the home, they are indicated by letters, but you can label them with names which turn into icons, I would like the preset names of rooms to be able to be custom named rather than being restricted to what they have provided.

You can also link the app to Google, Alexa and Siri, this has worked well and was easy to setup, I can just ask Google to get the Ecovacs Deebot N10 Plus to clean the house or a set area. This would work better if you could divide the house properly and have greater freedom with room naming.

Fantastic vacuum - pathetic mop – First I will explain how I decided to rate this product. The way I see it, it is two appliances in one - a vacuum and a mop and the cost would be based on it doing two labour intensive jobs. Therefore I would split the stars (shame its not an even number) - 3 stars max for vacuuming as my entire house needs to be vacuumed and 2 stars max for… Read more

mopping as only parts of the house have hard floors. Mopping is a joke and therefore lost off of it's stars - what it does doesn't even deserve one star. Read on to see why. I was excited to receive my robot vacuum to submit this review. I was even more excited when I realised that it vacuumed and mopped and at the same time! Bonus - massive labour and time saver. Sadly, that's where the excitement ended. Straight out of the box, it was easy to set up. A note to people like me with arthritic wrists - the robot is quite heavy as is the dock. You do have to pick the robot up off of the floor a lot and if you have a second level you have to carry both up the stairs. I would suggest that when shopping, find somewhere where they have one unpacked and just make sure you are comfortable with the weight. This is something I assume you would check with any brand of robot vac as they would probably all be of similar weight. A quick download of the App, connection to the wi-fi and it's apparently ready to go. On it's first run, it needs to create a map of your home but it does vacuum while doing so. The first map failed - missed two rooms completely for no reason. The second map was not complete either, and so it went on. Remapping continued daily over the next week until I eventually did get a perfect map. That was for downstairs. There is the capability to have a second map for multi-level homes. I took the station and the robot upstairs to map there and that really gave me trouble. It didn't understand that it had been moved despite following the instructions to the letter and also multiple calls to Customer Care who were absolutely no help at all. Trying to map upstairs actually messed up the perfect downstairs map. Anyway, I am a patient and persistent person so I kept trying and after a combined 30 attempts at mapping I now do have 2 perfect maps (thanks largely to another user on a facebook site who had experienced the same across a couple of models and knew exactly what was going on). So, the reason it has so many attempts at mapping? It's just 'glitchy" unfortunately and most likely needs to have the App tweaked. So on with the vacuuming. Yes, it does vacuum extremely well. Via the app , you can choose between 4 levels of suction to suit your flooring and can even set different levels for different rooms which is handy. I tested it after my first complete run by going straight in with my Dyson with powerhead which practically sucks the carpet right off the floor and the Dyson literally picked up nothing - that was impressive and the reason for the three stars which is you read my opening comment is a 100% score. The annoying part of the process is that for some reason, the robot does not complete a room once it goes in there - it will go in, do maybe a quarter or half of the room and leave. It will return there later and finish , but as you need to stay out of its way while its working, this can be annoying as you never know were it will be going next and cant declare a room completely free to use unless you check the app where you can monitor progress. I have attached a video works where you can see it is vacuuming one end of my hallway but for some reason doesn't want to go completely across from one side to the other - it did return some time later to do the other half, but its very weird and annoying. Now to the mopping. My verdict on that is - FORGET IT! Completely awful for a number of reasons. Firstly, all it really does is travel around randomly squirting out water and then dragging a very small microfibre cloth over the floor. It's pretty gross. Once the cloth gets dirty which takes no time, it's literally just dragging a dirty cloth around the floor. It cant clean any spots and spills that have already dried either so there's little point to it. I also have a Hizero bionic mop, so I went over a small area of not terribly dirty floor with that, straight after the robot had 'mopped' it. The Hizero actually sucks the dirty water back off of the floor so I tipped that into a glass and you can see the photo I have added of the dirty water- it really should have been clear if it was just mopped as my floor is fairly new and I tested in a low traffic area. The other issue I have, with both the mopping and vacuuming (to a slightly lesser extent) is that you can't change the direction that the robot travels in. It is moving in a north/south direction and as I have hybrid floor planks (they have grains and grooves) , common sense and the manufacturers recommendations are that you clean these along the planks, with the grain etc which for me is an east/west direction. I have suggested to customer care that a change of direction option should be added to the app. I have also attached a photo of the completed mopping. The white lines show where it mopped. Despite there being nothing in it's way, it decided that this was enough and declared mopping complete even though half the areas had not been covered. You can't get it to go back and do those parts, you have to start all over again. It also can't mop an ensuite bathroom if you have carpet in the bedroom as it can't travel across carpet while in mopping mode. So, my verdict on this is, don't pay extra for the mopping feature, it's just useless. Be prepared to get somewhat frustrated with it especially when trying to establish maps. Don't expect any help from Customer Care as it's non existent. If you live chat, you get pre-sales people who know very little about the user side of things, if you call, you get people that also don't seem to have a lot of knowledge. You are encouraged to email, which I did many times, but unless they are 100% confident that they have a good, positive answer, they don't bother to reply. I emailed 4 times about how to change the direction of travel and all 4 times I was ignored - this would be because I found out when I gave up and called them that it's not possible - I would say that they didn't want to tell me that something that seems apparently simple and also important could not be done. You are better off googling and watching user videos or locating facebook pages for owners of these robots. As a vacuum, as I said before, it's actually very good and in my case, even fits under one of the queen size beds, so no more having to get help moving that to vacuum. Would I buy this for $999, knowing what I know about it now? No I definitely would not. Would I buy the same thing but just as a vacuum at a much lower price, maybe $300-$400? Yes, if such a thing was on the market.

UPDATE - so, after a few months of moderate use, I found that the rubber end on the main brush was broken. Without a working main brush, the vacuum doesn't work. I contacted Ecovacs assuming it was an under warranty part. They informed me that its considered a consumable and therefore I will have to pay for a replacement. In my opinion, this is not good enough. Furthermore, these brushes are $39.95 and have also been out of stock for a few weeks and counting. Please consider this when deciding whether to buy one of these robots or not. There are some ongoing expenses, like this brush, vacuum bags (they should be reusable but are not unless you want to mess around trying to empty them), and if you use the mop function, the mopping pads apparently don't last all that long.

DUELING robots. Time saver, T10 plus versus T8 – [review updated 2026 to make it along term review] Disclosure - I reviewed a free sample. (Ambassador program) This is my full, frank review. Buckle in. We've owned 2 other robot vacuums before this (an early Samsung 10 years ago, a Deebot T8 that's in constant use that we're very happy with) THE TAKEAWAY. Basically, I the Deebot N10 PLUS (N10+)… Read more

beats the T8 (which is great). The best advantage is obviously the tower with large capacity vacuum bag inside. No more emptying a tiny dust receptacle in rover itself. So "Boom! Mission accomplished." the T10+ also seems faster and with better battery life.

MY SHORT SUMARY: +4.5 stars. Recommended +It is slightly better at mounting obstacles (wheels are a tiny bit higher). -I do NOT use the app and I DID NOT let it connect to wifi. (look up hacked photos from robot vacuum cleaner, its not fiction) ~I do not want to use a toy mop feature. but go for it... +I just want it to go and vacuum well, and empty itself. For that, it works brilliantly. +Despite looking the same, better battery and at climbing over obstacles than the last one. ++And I didn't think I'd care, but it does look much better in white than black. +And it's great at crumbs, corners, edges and skirtings and getting under furniture.

Very convenient overall, and as long as you go around beforehand to pick up all the things it will choke on (socks, cords, paper, scarves, string etc). If you don't, any robot will drive you nuts by getting entangled and stuck somewhere unexpected. That how this thing rolls.

Additional context and my more detailed review below (updated after daily use for 6 weeks)

USAGE; Our main use is on wooden floors, a messy family of 4 humans, plus 2 cats who shed and drag crunchy kitty litter crumbs across the house constantly. Add to that a few neat freaks who would otherwise vacuum twice a day. (!)

In reality this is also a comparison with the resilient and much abused T8 in this review. (See photo.)

I did not use the app on this N10 Plus because a) you actually don't need it and it's a distraction b) data privacy concerns - no " opt out " way to address data privacy concerns about the map/photos/video of our home and its occupants being uploaded to the cloud and potentially being reviewed by employees, etc etc . (Hence subtract a star)

Definitely Worth 4.5 starts + If I could subtract only half a star, I would, as it's otherwise a great device.

And you actually don't need the app for it to do the core work of vacuuming. (But if you want to schedule stuff, or control it remotely or while away from home, send it to a specific room, see the map and block off zones, etc then you need that. But guess what? it's fuss free to pick it up, put it down in the kitchen to do the crumbs, and it will find its way home anyway..).

Pluses + Better battery life - does about 130m2 plus without stopping. + best feature is the tower/vacuum so you probably only empty a vacuum bag every 2 -4 months. Not every 3 days! +Climbs better over things that the T8. (There's a 2cm thick matt we have and this one can climb onto it. Impressive . The T8 can't, despite seemingly identical height/specs/wheels. ) + Still awesome at all the corners and along walls...BETTER than a normal vacuum at that task...and gentler. (Humans bash into walls, with a vacuum, especially in a hurry) + Gets UNDER the couch and entertainment unit and bed ( all the places dander and cat hair would otherwise gradually accumulate into a fearsome cloud ) + No noisier than the last robot vacuum +Navigation is great. Fun to watch it do back and forth perfectly . Seems better at navigation.... Illusion? I'll never know. +Never lost, unless is got stuck on something in a kids room . (To be expected. Nothing is perfect. See above) + my personal one: WORKS JUST FINE AS A 'DUMB ROBOT' when you do they "lazy setup" like I did by not scanning anything, nor using app, not hooking it up wifi. Yes, I am just happy pressing an actual button on top of the robot twice to make it go. Easy and quite enough. And I have peace to mind that my device that hasn't joined the iOT for a coordinated robot uprising (I'm joking. Mostly.). + Surprisingly - yep I don't think I'd care or notice - but white looks better than black in a decor of white and grey which we all have at the moment. so yed, a stylish little robo...

So what's not great? -- after it's done it goes and docks to recharge, and the first few times the loud 5 seconds of full volume vacuuming can be a shock. It reminds you why it's so nice to have this quote robo instead of a noisy vacuum... -- somewhat less piece of mind if you connected it to Wi-Fi and app due to potential security /privacy breaches ( which of course is theoretical. Right? -- (some other) people have issues with the maps and app. I skipped that, so no issue... -- price will probably make you think twice. (But the time/hassle saved. Worth it, in my view. ) - Yes it mops. Can I be bothered using it? No. Do I expect it's mopping to be amazing ? No. Am I devastated? Double no. So I don't call this a real negative. It's a perk if you want to watch a robot wipe your floor with a damp cloth. But dont expect much. ----> I looked online. its costly.

Neutral/note; .... 6 weeks later. No sign of the big bag filling. I wonder what happens when it's full? Does it beep? Is there a light? {edit} a year or two later it seems you just check it. maybe there's a voice alert I am missing. cheapest replacement rollers brushes filters and bags are online . yes you need to renew them!

SUMMARY Let's get to it the whole point of a robot vacuum cleaner is that you press a button walk away come back in your house has been vacuumed, thank you. You're saved time effort frustration. And is less stress. If everyone spent 10 minutes a day meditating instead of vacuuming, the world be a calmer and cleaner place haha.

THE #1 Reason I LIKE IT. It works and now it's convenience as a device is multiplied by adding a big capacity vacuum bag in a tower in this new model. And that's good.

Pretty decent BUT dont throw away your mop! – Pros - 1) Great App 2) Very easy to setup, even a monkey could do it! 3) Different suction modes, pretty quiet on standard noise 4) I love how you can control everything remotely by using the app 5) Cleans up the dirt around the house surprisingly well including pet fur etc. I have a lot of messy kids and pets! 6) Mapping of your home is great and… Read more

you can get the vacuum to clean certain areas of your home at certain times throughtout the day 7) Build quality is great 8) No mop areas such as rugs can be added into the app 9) Big battery gives impressive run times! 10) Custom area cleaning works best rather than using the auto cleaning option.

Cons - 1) Very noisy on 3rd and 4th vacuum settings 2) Mop is pretty useless on my Nylon ridged flooring, it literally just drags around the dirty water around the house, I mean its ok, just dont throw your mop away! 3) Brushes sometimes spin things like cat litter in, under and out the back of the machine, however, it does eventually vacuum it up 4) Very noisy bin emptying, literally sounds like a leaf blower is in your house 5) Doesn't like cleaning up larger objects, for example, bread from my daughters plate fell onto the ground and it just chewed it up and spat it back out (whilst smearing the nutella across the floor). 6) No extra mop pads in the box 7) have to buy replacement dust bin bags :( You can kinda reuse the bag though by emptying rhe bag into the bin and pulling out the hair/fur with your fingers. 8) Area map of the whole house seems to have been completed but It says that it hasnt been completed. Not a huge deal as I mainly use the custom cleaning option. 9) Sensors need regular cleaning/wiping which is frustrating.

Overall, I would reccommend it to others, just be mindful, it's not perfect and to be honest nothing really is in the world of robotic vacuums in my opinion.
