Worked wonderfully until it didn't.
Purchased in January 2021 along with the accessory kit and it worked fantastic until May 2021. Then every time it left the dock it stopped immediately and errored. I contacted customer service and was told to do a long and time consuming combination to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately that didn't work and was told there is no way of getting a refund or replacement in Australia.

I love it! I love it! I wished I could have got one soon!
This vacuum exceeded my expectation!
I use it on a hardwood and carpet.
Cleaning, its far better than I expected.I just wanted some little help with the crumbs my little ones does. With 2 toddlers crumbs are everywhere, every now and then I needed to sweep the floor. Plus with a baby its just too much!.
During winter season lint is everywhere! It doesn’t go away even if I clean 3x a day or more!

Get a robot Vacuum Cleaner ASAP
Been running this for about a year and it has been a game changer. My floors have never been cleaner and I have probably had to bring out the broom only a few times since I have purchased this.
If you mainly have hardwood floors or a pet or are just lazy like me, this is a must have product and well worth the investment.
