Good for a while then – Its a good machine, just does its own thing. Could never connect it to wifi or app and difficult to read what the many lights mean...I have 2 of them for maybe 3 years so was impressed as price was right - but one of them the motor blew out a few months ago so only sucked air and the other one the battery does not hold charge anymore. Conversely my Roomba is over 10 years and still going...costing 5 times as much:) Show details

Great budget Robo Vaccum – Deebot 610 has been a good addition to our home. We have 2 dogs with carpet and tile. Works good, clears pet hair, dander, dust & crumbs. It is on a cleaning schedule 3 times a week & runs for 50 minutes or so, it is nice to come home to a clean floor. Returns home to charge only 30% of the time but can't expect to much from a budget vaccum & I make sure most things are off the floor ie; toys, leads, clothes or it will get stuck on them.  Show details ·  1

Great product – Great value for money. Great for maintaining a clean house and love that you can control it from your phone. Use it in floorboards and carpet and works well on both! Show details

my first robot vac and a sound investment – quite loud to run. Surprising dumb for a smart device let gets the job done. Mop is pretty basic but, gets 80% of the day-to-day dirt away, i have 2 dogs, 2 kids and a medium sized house. Forgets where home is about 30% of the time. Mop failed after 15/16 months. Show details

Poor Customer service. Broken product – Robot broke down after 4 months. One sweeper continually ran even when switch off. ECOVACS refused to replace or refund. Stated can’t repair, using COVID-19 as an excuse. Been waiting 6weeks to find out if/when repair shop will open. Show details

LOVE this vacuum cleaner but it broke after 6mths – I love this vacuum cleaner. So much i brought one for my parents and 3 people from work went out to purchase one on my advice.. . Only..... after 6 months it has decided not to work. It gets an error message and just stops. No amount of cleaning sensors or charging battery works. Aldi were great and gave me a full refund. No questions asked. I was devastated and can't wait for them to go on sale again. Show details

A silent housecleaner! – This vacuum moves easily from lino to carpet, but does not move over the edge of my cowskin rug. I found it doesn't fit between the legs of my kitchen chairs so I have to move them out of the way. I shut the Deebot in the bathroom so it doesn't escape as it does enjoy meandering around at will. It does return to its home base if allowed to. Certainly is a help to a busy household. The kids even pick up their toys so they can set the Deebot going. Show details

Cheap entry level Roomba – Faulted three times in six months. Worked well on hardwood floors and carpets when it wasn't being sent back for repairs. Integrated well with Google Assistant but not IFTTT support. Show details

Good clean for an even better price – This device does both vacuuming and mopping and provides a good clean. It doesnt reach all the corners etc but is great for its price for in between cleans. The machine is easy to clean and comes with replacement mop and cleaning brushes which is a great bonus. The only downfall for us is that it struggles to find its way back to the docking station- but we drive it back with the remote that was included. Show details

Love it – I bought one because I don’t get around to vacuuming as much as I’d like. I was sceptical at first but it does a really good job. Really happy with the purchase. Just make sure you pack away any cloths horses, he’s fine with little steps in the house, like in and out of the bathroom but he gets caught on the bottom of my cloths horse. Show details

Love it! – Bought the deebot ozmo 610 from Aldi and it is the best! Picks up so much stuff, moves easy from carpet to floorboards without struggle. Only thing mine gets stuck over the chair legs occasionally which is easy fixed just putting chairs up but other then that love it for the vacuum side and how it can be controlled on an app while you are not home is a great addition to it also Definitely a great purchase Show details

Very happy for the price! – Carpet--works above my expectations, very good at removing pet hair. Vinyl- also great, mopping works better than I expected too. I put draught stoppers along my carpet edge so it doesn't go on carpet while mopping. -it can occasionally have trouble finding its way back to the dock to charge, which means it only cleans for the 90 minutes the battery works for. For the price I am happy. Show details

Quality build but – Very early days on tiles only but it took about 1000 attempts before I could finally connect the unit to my phone, frustrating to say the least. It's well built tho, solid and as a basic self drive mini vac it does a fair job tidying up, just don't expect too much (anything) from the mop, that function is just a quick wipe with a damp cloth, but… Read more

hey-the mops a bonus IMO. Not being able to set and control it's cleaning boundaries tho is a major issue as you simply can't 'set and forget'. If you do it ends up stuck somewhere it's not supposed to be so that means you can't use the auto program function which kinda makes the whole point of this unit redundant as you need to be home, watching it, to guide where it goes! I want to be able to use the auto program function and have it clean when I'm at work but that's not possible, plus it is yet to find home when finished cleaning so it just dies in the middle of the floor. To conclude: it's a nice quality unit but unless you have a very basic floor plan with 1 or 2 small rooms at a stretch, I would think this vac isn't for you as it needs a constant minder. Definitely not suitable for larger or slightly complicated floor plans-which mine is.

House has never been cleaner – This is the most impressive thing I’ve ever bought it cleans amazingly I wish I had bought this earlier I bought it from my local Aldi for about 300$ make sure to buy this robot it is unbelievable I use it on wooden floors and a bit of carpet it’s perfect to have in a small or large house it’s overall performance is very nice it has a large amount of bin space for dust for a little robotic vacuum Show details

Terrible app – Instructions provided with this are poor. Have followed all instructions exactly (first step is download app and register then add robot by scanning QR code on the robot - no QR code on the robot not on any of the packaging). Added robot manually to app but still unable to connect despite multiple attempts and going through all of the… Read more

troubleshooting. I’m using a 4G connection, but it’s still not working. The company’s solution: buy a different router. This is a standard modem router from Telstra, it’s not new or fancy technology, it’s just standard. How about you update your firmware and software to accommodate current technology. Seems the technology they’re using is poor or obsolete - I can’t see any other reason. When I connect my phone to the robot connection the app is so slow it can’t even lodge a request for support through the app and I can’t even load google. I’ve followed online suggestions, YouTube videos, nothing will let me use this product as it’s intended. I’ve wasted 2hrs trying to troubleshoot. Taking it back for a refund and will purchase a different brand.

Great Robotic vacuum cleaner – The Deebot 610 is used on carpet and tiled floors. I have had the unit for over 12 months and it has always been ready to use. It is very easy to control and it is very efficient in cleaning in tight corners and curved spaces in the house. It has built in variable traveling speeds (in open areas) which reduce the overall cleaning time, as it… Read more

covers a longer run in a shorter time. The dust holding capacity is quite large for a cleaner of its type and price. The battery has almost 2 hours capacity, when other makes, of the same price have only have 1 hour capacity. It is very easy to clean and it does not take long to recharge the battery. All up a very reasonably priced top quality unit, well worth a look at.

My house has never been cleaner. Great value for money – This is my first robot vacuum cleaner. I am very happy with the cleaning results. This Deebot cost $299 at Aldi. It picks up all visible dust and debris on the floors. After looking at reviews online, I thought I was going to have a smarter application than this model comes with. I thought it would be capable of being 'sent' to one room to clean… Read more

it, or to zone off certain parts of the house etc. Unfortunately, the application really only lets you select the 'mop' mode. Other than that, you may as well just hit the 'clean' button and let it go off and do its thing. To section off rooms, you have to physically put barriers up. It seems to learn the house, it predicts where walls are and generally is pretty smart. It always smacks against a dull black kickboard in my kitchen, it must not be able to detect this material for some reason I have rang tech support and they seemed helpful.

I do recommend it as a budget model. Hit "go" and let it clean, come back to a dust free house.
