I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and the customer service support I have received. I purchased this product in December last year. It worked well for the first 5 months and then stopped returning to station. After several emails back and forth I was advised to return the product for repair. This process took several weeks with no… Read more
communication as to what was fixed. After using the product two times, it started leaking water from the station. I was advised again to return the product for repair. I requested a refund and this was denied. I requested a new product, this was also denied. It seems the expectation is send to the product back and forth via post for repair each time it breaks during the 2 year warranty period. This is a cumbersome and time consuming process as the product is heavy and difficult to pack.
ECOVACS DEEBOT T30 PRO OMNI, Bought it on black friday sale 2024, 6 months old now, It's just amazing. Vacuum suction is strong enough and does the job like all other vacuum cleaner but what amazed us is It's mopping technology, It reaches out all corners and mops 95% accurately as per my mapping. You can map simple to complex layouts and execute… Read more
it 95% accurately. Draw backs; -Need to replace dust collectors often (shows too often **dust collecting bag full** , when physically checked it's only 30% full.) -Voice command sometimes unheard (it's tired n lazy at times, need to repeat command twice) Apart from the above two hits rest everything is just wow!!! Very Happy customer. Just thrilled with it. Good luck!!
after reading some bad reviews it kind of shake my faith with ecovacs a little bit, but since I had very good experience with my old N8 I still went ahead for the upgrade (nothing wrong with N8 just need better automated ones to free my hands) i have now owned the T30 pro OMNI for a month, with comparison to the other robot (Roborock Qrevos)… Read more
that i use for my ground floor, I can say ecovacs delivers better result in cleanning due to its hot mop washing and flexible mop arm feature; also benefit from the hot water washing, mop pads last a lot longer than in the Qrevos
some cons when vs qrevos, including: - noise level are significantly more noticible (about 10db higher on standard) - takes longer to complete cleanning based on standard cleanning setting - battery drains faster (not an issue for me as i only need it to clean less than 100sqm per day) - can only store 2 maps (again i don't think this is an issue for most users) - it is a few mm higher than the qrevo, it won't go under my sofa until i put additional washer to lift the legs up
both 2 robots are similarly priced, ecovacs is probally cheaper. with the same level of function T30ProOmni provides, an equilvalent device from Roborock will probally cost 50% more. Considering that i give a thumb up for the T30 Pro OMNI
I’ve been using the Ecovacs Deebot T30 for over a month now, and while it has some good features, I feel that at this price point, there are several areas where it could perform better. Compared to other robot vacuums I’ve owned in the past, the T30 doesn’t fit under my couch or entertainment unit to vacuum or mop, even though there’s enough… Read more
clearance. My previous robots had no trouble cleaning these areas, so it’s disappointing that I now have to manually clean under these spaces after every use.
Another issue is the mapping functionality, which isn’t as accurate as I’d hoped. The T30 grouped half of my bedroom with another room, making it difficult to assign specific cleaning functions to individual rooms. My previous robots mapped my apartment much more precisely, so it’s frustrating that I can’t send the T30 to clean a specific room without it misidentifying the space. This feels like a step backward in terms of smart navigation.
On a positive note, I do like the mopping feature. The self-emptying and self-cleaning/drying functions for the mop pads are convenient, and the bot does a decent job cleaning floors. However, it struggles with lifting the mop pads high enough for thicker rugs, which means I’ve had to set no-go zones for all my rugs and manually vacuum them myself. This limits the overall convenience of the device.
Overall, while the Ecovacs Deebot T30 pro has some good features, I expected more for its price. The inability to clean under furniture, inaccurate mapping, and limited mop lift functionality are significant drawbacks that impact its performance and convenience. For now, I’d rate it a **6/10**. It’s a decent robot vacuum, but it doesn’t quite live up to the expectations set by its premium price tag.
Day 1 malfunctioned, 6 months tech support still broken – - sensors malfunctioned since day 1, cuts itself short midway through a room every clean. - over six months of emails for tech support and still unresolved - now won't repair, replace or refund unless I post it back to their service centre but any damage incurred in transit is at the risk of the customer... requested a box and packaging to ensure… Read more
secure and safe but that was too much of an ask. - in Australia they don't recognise consumer laws, they say they're do not offer any global warranty etc - something to consider when buying is the support

systematic issue with the model - even the replacement machine doesn't work – I previously had a T9+ and I loved it. But as it was 3 years old, decided to upgrade. Within days of purchasing my first T30 Pro Omni, I noticed issues. It wasn't always completing the clean (the app showed that cleaning had been terminated). I also noticed that sometimes I'd use a lot of clean water and there would be lots of dirty water,… Read more
but on other days, it didn't seem to use as much dirty water. Because I spend long hours at work - it was difficult to pin point the issue. Ecovacs were not very helpful - constantly responding to my emails with replies that didn't really address what was my issue (for example, telling me to increase the frequency of mopping pad washing from every 15 minutes to every 10 minutes, which doesn't really address the issue of it being dry, as the mopping pads should have been washed 15 minutes prior and the water reservoir should have been filled).
When I was finally able to observe the error - it repeatedly starts off okay, then goes back to the station to refill the reservoir and wash the mopping pads (which is what it's supposed to do) but then this is when something goes wrong. After several further communications with Ecovacs, they agreed that I could send it back for repair – claiming that it was no longer covered under the 30 day return policy, claiming it wasn’t the same issue as the concerns I’d previously raised (but remember, I had complained about issues with the water usage within days of initial purchase). When it came back from repair - it not only continued to have the same fault, it now constantly said 'can not find cleaning area' and then returned to the dock. I had literally weeks and weeks worth of screen shots from the log in the Ecovacs app, showing that 3 times a day, it would start, clean 0 square meters and then return to station with the error message 'cleaning failed'. Still Ecovacs customer service mucked me around. After saying I was going to contact the ACCC, they offered me a refund. I send that machine back. I am still waiting for the refund. Not wanting to be without a vacuum cleaner for too long, and because they assured me this was an isolated issue and that it's not a systematic issue with the model, I purchased another one. Well, fool me – I should have known better.
My ‘new’ T30 pro Omni came today - and it does the exact same thing. I again have video footage of it saying 'cleaning sink malfunction, use solution in the app'. If 2 from 2 machines have the same fault error - it's clear to me that there is a systematic issue with this model.
Great upgrade – I recently upgraded from the N10 plus to the T30 Pro Omni, and I’m so impressed. The N10 plus was a great introduction to robotic vacuums for me, but the T30 Pro Omni has stolen my heart. The TruEdge Adaptive Edge Mopping is my favourite feature. With its retractable mop head and spinning motion, it effectively tackles even the trickiest spots on… Read more
the floor. I no longer have to go back and manually clean up small bits of residue which is great.
The mapping system is another game changer. It’s very user-friendly, allowing me to easily select specific rooms for cleaning. The water tanks in the mini omni station have also been a huge convenience. The self-cleaning system means minimal maintenance on my part, and emptying the dirty water is very satisfying! See picture attached.
As someone who sheds a lot of long hair, I’ve always struggled with vacuum rollers getting tangled. Thankfully, the ZeroTangle Anti-tangle Technology has solved that issue. I no longer have to spend time cutting hair out of the brush, which has saved a lot of frustration (and a few arguments with my husband ).
I’m also impressed with how well it cleans along the edges of furniture—it’s noticeably more thorough. Plus, the ability to transition between rugs and hard floors without any manual adjustments is so helpful.
My final point, which is important to me (maybe less so for some) is its aesthetics. It is a pretty white and beautifully designed to fit seamlessly into my home and its decor. 10/10 for this.
All in all, the T30 Pro Omni has been an amazing upgrade, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

A mum’s best friend – As a busy mum of two young kids, the DEEBOT T30 PRO OMNI has been a game-changer for our home! Firstly the new compact mini OMNI station offers up to 150 days of hands-free cleaning. feature enables the robot’s mop pads to extend and retract around furniture legs, corners and more, leaving no spot untouched. I can trust it to keep our floors spotless, even with two kids and two dogs running around.
And the new anti-tangle technology is life changing. No longer do we have to manually remove tangled hair from around the vacuum’s roller brush, thanks to the special bristle and comb design.
I also love being able to control the vacuum through the app. We can start cleaning the house from literally anywhere!
The DEEBOT T30 PRO OMNi is a mum’s best friend. It's efficient and reliable, and has made our lives so much easier. I can't imagine going back to the regular way of cleaning ever again!
This product was provided to me free of charge for review by the brand. All thoughts and opinions are my own and reflect my genuine experience of the product in my home.
Repair at 3 months – Our T30 pro at 3 months started going haywire only vacuuming half of the room then moving to another room, going around in circles and getting lost. I contacted customer service who were quick to respond giving me a check list to go through. Unfortunately doing everything they suggested and trying to get it to work again took me hours of wasted… Read more
time. Once I got back to them they sent me a postage docket to return via Australia post for repair under warranty. They had it back to me in around two weeks. There has been no response to tell me what the actual problem was. We have marble and carpet flooring and a dog. When it is working properly it is amazing it does have trouble getting over a mat on the carpet. I gave 2 stars only because I do not think paying $1700 for it and needing a repair in the first 3 months is acceptable.
Don't waste your time – WASTE OF MONEY. Spent $1800 on this because we wre told it was state of the art and able to sense objects in front of it... it in fact doesn't. Gets all our cords caught up in it the side brush just randomly falls off and the vacuum keeps going but doesn't have the brush attached. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good luck finding anyone the help… Read more
you with your issues. Went to jbhi fi 13 days after I bought it to address the side brush falling off and was told I would have to pay 39.95 to send it off then I would be billed to repair it. DONT DO IT
