For something that’s meant to make life easier, it has done the opposite. Constant resets, re-mapping, troubleshooting… it’s exhausting.

And customer service? Absolutely rubbish. No real solutions, no accountability — just frustration.

This has been a seriously terrible purchase. Save your money and invest in something reliable. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

This robot is supposed to be a good one and may deserve 5 stars if it works. Mine did not and I had to return it. I bought it as a replacement for broken Roborock S7+. and was sent to do the first job. But the problems started one after another. - it completely ignored first of five rooms despite there were no obstacles - it missed a significant area of another room - it refused to go under the cabinets, although it mapped the floor under them and it was enough clearance. Roborock did not have problem cleaning there - after it finished the job instead of returning to the base it became a "blind puppy" wandering around the floors chaotically. After watching this for ten minutes I sent the commant from the app to return to the base and it did it. - and finally it was spilling lots of water every minute or two, so I had to mop after it

I googled it and found that spilling of water is quite common for robots with rotating mops. This is probably the reason why later models switched back to vibrating mops.

Well may be other users of this model were lucky and did not experience such problems. But I decided there were to many issues at the beginning. So I have decisded to return it.

I’ve now had this for a month or so and from the off it was clear the vacuuming was really good but the mopping was exceptional on this.

It was also clear the mapping and it knowing where it was were very so so. The positioning in particular. If I had to pick it up due to something tangled (hey crap object avoidance) and put it down again it’d have NO idea where it was. I had to put it down in front of the base for it to return.

I also had one horrible cat poo incident. The clean up after that wasn’t fun.

But… there has been a firmware update since then that mentioned both positioning and object avoidance improvements and to be fair in the two weeks since it’s been noticeably better. That said I’ve been like a hawk when it comes to the poop side of things. But it’s not got tangled on anything since so a good sign.

It also has an anti tangle brush which I was very sceptical of but in the time I’ve owned it I’ve not had to remove hair or fur tangles once. It does seem to do the job. Well done!

You’d maybe think given the cat poo nightmare and dodgy positioning I’d be unhappy but honestly the cleaning job this thing does is so damned good I love it.

If I had more time post that firmware update to be sure those issues were fully fixed I’d give it 5 stars. And I’d say if you don’t have pets who can leave surprises around this is a brilliant product without any doubt.

Just writing this review after emptying the dirty water tank and good grief… it’s enlightening.

So happy to have it.

Oh and the side stick vac? It does exactly as I hoped. Having one so easily accessible and always charged and empty ready to go has made me use it more than any of my other stick vacs. Such a win for me.

Set up it up was quick and easy, and I was impressed by how intuitive it is to use. I especially love controlling the robot through the app—it’s SO convenient to send it to specific rooms. I’ve been loving sending it to vacuum and mop the kitchen after cleaning!

The mopping function has been a standout for me. It reaches corners and edges beautifully, and the dirty water tank at the end of a session really proves how effective it is. It’s reassuring to see the difference it’s making on my floors.

The mapping feature is incredibly accurate, so it knows exactly where to clean and navigates corners SO well. The suction power is outstanding—11,000Pa is no joke! It adjusts automatically for carpets and hard floors, so every surface gets thoroughly cleaned.

Overall, I highly recommend the DEEBOT T30S COMBO to anyone on the fence about getting a robot vacuum. The handheld vacuum and dual auto emptying is a key differentiator. I’ve also been really impressed by its intelligence mapping my home and adapting to the carpet vs floorboards.

the brand, and let me tell you it has not disappointed and been a complete time saver. The DEEBOT came in a large box and too be honest I did feel nervous setting it up, however it took no longer than 15minutes to set up the entire station and vacuum, great instructions were provided and it was very easy. We got our vacuum in black and the product as a whole looks very neat.

I have never been one to empty the vacuum regularly… and I could not believe it when I noticed the DEEBOT T30S Combo provides complete dual auto emptying with both the hand held vacuum, and the robot into the same OMNI station. The hand held vacuum is extremely versatile and comes with multiple different brush allowing us to clean all the “hard to reach”, along with our lounge, tables & shelving.

But… The robot is my absolute favourite part of all (along with self emptying). I was extremely impressed with the way it is able to map your entire home, and is able to clean areas such as; under a dresser that I could personally never get with a stick vac or too be honest didn’t bother. Now I know each space is completely clean. The robot does the most incredible job of our floors, better than we have ever done with its extendable arms that ensures it covers all corners and hard to reach areas. The robot vacuums and mops at the same time, however has auto lifting mop pads when detected on carpet. Our carpet after being vacuumed with 11,000pa suction power, was left looking like a professional cleaner had been or a “show home” as my partner said.

I also love that you can clean your home from your phone whilst out and about using the app. It also sends notifications on the status of the clean along with and refilling required which is also extremely easy to do.

As a whole we could not be happier with this product, Ive never had cleaner floors which is something so important to us with a 5month old baby, and It has just given us so much more time to spend with our baby and family rather than having to spend time cleaning each weekend.
