Left me in severe pain for 9 months after they botched a filling that wasn’t needed. Instead of just fixing it they pushed me from pillar to post to find a way to blame me for their incompetence. They were found to be responsible. Although my tooth is now fixed, they still haven’t settled the matter suitably.
Liars and shouldn't even be in practice – If you want to be belittled and hurled abuses at- this is the practice to go to. They did not inform about difference in private health insurance alliance between different locations of the same practice when I called to see [Name Removed]. Did the drive went to Karrinyup, got an extraction and xray done for my son and an exam for me- in the end given a huge bill out of pocket. When queried that my cover entitles no gap exam- it was then communicated that this location does not offer the same benefit as Rivervale. I asked the dentist to charge us at the same amount as Rivervale and suddenly her attitude changed. She became rude and first asked us to stay in her room and then came back and said, "Go to Rivervale and pay" I told her this is so unprofessional and in very poor form what we've endured- to this she gestured us using her arms and asked us to leave," Just leave and please dont return." I was in absolute disbelief at this behaviour and while walking out the man at the front desk shouted at us to get out or he will throw us out. He came behind us and threatened me and my children. He even hurled abuses in front of my kids. Wont advise anyone in their sane mind to avoid this practice of hooligans at any cost.
Poor dental quality – Filling done twice and fallen out twice within days of work done.
The Best! – Dr Elaine Zepeda is the BEST! Her kind, thoughtful nature and good humour made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Her work is immaculate and I’m so glad I found her! All dental assistants and practice staff are delightful. A+++++
Terrible service and not professional – I only asked for remove my tooth. And before start I told the dentist I have no major dental claim. Only normal dental claim. And she said $290 for normal remove tooth and of the root cracked inside just pay another $100 for surgery to remove out. When I finished they charged me $390 . And said its all the surgery dental. But inside the room the dentist said to me is $290 for normal dental(can rebate 75%). And another $100 for surgery major dental.
This is deception。sooooooo terrible experience here. Never happened before.
Remind consumers to be careful of their inconsistencies。
