EFS solar has been a pleasure to deal with I purchased a solar 10KVA system from them 12 months back and it hasn’t missed a beat the tracking app has had a few issues however they were quickly resolved with a email would highly recommend these guys!

Disappointed with overall service. Did not install the number of panels discussed to accommodate my electricity expenditure. Then reduced overall bill minimally for the 6 panels not installed. Also charged hidden monthly fees for repayments which i was not made aware of. Asked to resolve and ignored my requests. Obviously dont care about their customers.
They kept me in the loop throughout the process, making everything seamless. The team was friendly, the install was quick, and everything is working perfectly.
The installers were on time and treated our property with respect. Everything went smoothly, and we’ve already noticed savings on our energy bills. We’re very happy with the entire experience and would gladly recommend them to others.
The installation was clean, quick, and effective. Highly recommend their services!

They took care of all the paperwork and clearly explained every step. The installation went off without a hitch, and their customer service has been outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares and follows through on its promises. Extremely pleased with the outcome!

From the moment I reached out to them to the final installation, they were informative and helpful every step of the way. They answered every question thoroughly and explained the process in detail. The installation was fast, and the crew was respectful of my home. I would strongly recommend EFS Solar to anyone thinking about going solar.
Once they have your coin you will never hear from them again. I’ve had my system for around 3 months and the idiots never advised the power supplier that the system was installed . We just received this quarterly and nothing had changed. I’ve tried many times to get in contact and received zero replies . My advice is to steer clear of them

by a salesperson from EFS Solar, at Southport Qld. We spoke with said salesperson on a few different occasions and they recommended that we replace our old system with a 9KW system. Arrangements were then made for the installation to take place the following week. Instal day came and the installers were meant to be onsite at 8am but no one showed up. We had rearranged our schedules for the day to ensure that someone would be home while the instal took place. 9 am came and went, 10 am came and went and then finally at 11.30am we contacted the office and made it known that we had an appointment for the solar to be installed but no one showed up. The receptionist placed us on hold and after a minute or 2 she came back on the line and assured us that the salesperson concerned would ring us immediately. No phone call came. Instead they sent us a text stating that the installer had a flat tyre while travelling from the Gold Coast to our address. We replied to the text message saying that it doesn’t take 4 hours to change a tyre. The salesperson then ghosted us. I called them again and complained that we had taken time away from our work and other duties and that if this was an indication of how they operated, we didn’t want them to come anymore, and subsequently cancelled the order. We did ask to speak with a manager but this request fell upon deaf ears. The sales person promised us everything, but delivered nothing. We also found out that considering the roof area of our home, a 9 KW system would never even fit on our roof. We strong suggest to anyone considering having solar installed, do not accept quotes from EFS solar as their sales people have no idea about solar and what will fit and what won’t fit on your roof.
HORRIBLE COMPANY – The worst experience ever. The sales person came to our home to sell us panels, however, when it came time to install (much longer wait than he told us it would take), they only did a fraction of the work and complained that it was "too windy" to put the panels on the house. however, the Bureau of Meteorology showed the the highest wind speed recorded was 22. They left 24 panels leaning up against the side of our home with no indication of when they would be coming back to complete the work, and just expected us to assume liability for these panels. After asking us where we want the inverter box, they put the inverter where they wanted to instead, didn't bother to discuss it with us until after they drilled holes in the double brick. We asked them to come back to get the panels, and they were not happy about it, and they left the gate open all day causing it to slam into the fence which broke the metal latch. After much discussion with them, they basically said they were not coming back to complete the work due to the "excessive wind," but we know it's because we complained about the inverter box being in the wrong place, the panels being left, the people not doing the work even though the wind was under their threshold, etc. It's obviously a company that wants to do what they want to do, and if a customer is unhappy, then too bad. They have horrible communication. They don't return phone calls until you threaten to file a complaint. [Name Removed] stated they would return to remove the inverter box and repair the damage the box left and our gate. Of course, they did not repair the damage when they came to get the box as we predicted, nor did they call us to set this up. We finally filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. The next day, and contracted called to set up a time to repair the wall. Then, they stated that our gate latch broke because it was rusted, yet when I sent photos, they couldn't dispute that it was not rusted because it was not. [Name Removed] stated that my husband agreed to not have it fixed due to rust, but he was completely lying. My husband never had that conversation with anyone at their company. Why would he agree when there is no rust? Now they say they are going to repair it. I don't believe anything they say. I feel like we dodged a bullet with this company after reading other reviews because other people are saying that they used the wrong sized screws, didn't come back to complete the work, the solar panels don't work at capacity, the company doesn't return their calls, etc.
