REFUND – Ran an account for over a few years with this mob, the sold out to Fleetcard to whom have got extremely bad reviews as operators. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have been waiting for over 6 months now for them to refund the balance of my account. Excuses are plenty from this mob, stay away

Requested card haven’t received – Applied for card, approved for $999 credit. Waited 2 weeks for card, called customer service, they stated they would get someone to call me back. Called a week later, same response. Customer rep was abrupt, rude and kept interrupting me. Decided to cancel in the end

Excessive Charges – I have been using this service for 12 months. Turned a blind eye to the $2.99 fee for using the cards each time as the convenience of one invoice for me was great. Today I received and email saying it was "over limit" so I immediately emailed back can I increase the limit, no response. I paid it out in full and thought no more of it until I got their bill today with an "over limit" charge of $69. Wow, government is dropping fuel excise to help struggling businesses and how many others have they charged this fee to with the fuel price hike! be aware all, they would be making a killing with this almost criminal charge.
