EGS CUSTOMER – My husband and I have used Matthew numerous times for an installation and other gas issues. He was always very helpful and always on time. Nothing was a problem for him. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Good Service – Friendly staff with good honest advice. Will be reccomending to friends.

Unprofessional – Unprofessional. Wish I could give no stars. Darren came out to our house to discuss solar installation early this week. He told me he was the owner of the buisness. He took a photo of the electrical box. Measured the lounge room floor, told me it was so see how many panels to fit on the roof. He had a cup of tea and chattered about his motor bike tour and other personal things. Didn't tell me much about solar. Told me he would email me quotes and details about solar. Hasn't sent through any quotes or details. I have made several requests to his company and directly with him, and have had no response. Will definitely not be dealing with this company due to the extremely poor Proffessionalism.

Kept cancelling repair job – They called me on the day of an air conditioner repair that I had waited 3 weeks for, to tell me the guy wasn't coming. Had to wait a further two weeks only to be called again 8minutes before scheduled appointment to tell me that yet again he wasn't going to show. The woman who called literally sighed loudly in my ear before telling me that he wasn't coming. Won't be calling this business again.
