Fine until it's not! Had my battery installed in December, easy process, sales team exceptional.. However the electrician put the switches in the meter box on the meter panel, now needs shifting, he also overloaded the circuit so I cant use the PowerPoints inside. The battery shorted out and stopped working right when the heatwave occured. I had no battery for at least a few weeks until I googled how to fix it myself! I have contacted the company on a minimum of 4 occasions to have these issues rectified. I emailed the salesman he put in a support request for me, NO REPLY from support. I went through their support online and lodged requests twice, NO REPLY to either. I have rung the company they put through an urgent support request NO REPLY. I contacted the electrician directly he said he'd fix it then GHOSTED! If it wasn't for Google and me figuring out how to reset the battery myself I'd still have no battery working for over 2 months! I'm not impressed knowing that after they've taken your money you have zero support! When something goes wrong you're screwed!

Purchased a solar battery with Ehomes in October with installation in November. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was enquiring about a Solar battery and spoke with Kris, he had a great way of explaining the rebate and what my options could be – but also explained the way the battery & system actually worked, so I could make an informed final decision. The service I received from first phone call to installation was extremely friendly and professional, no question too hard. Also the installer Henry was amazing - friendly & polite during the whole installation process & cleaned up after himself leaving the area spotless.

I had a bad experience with my solar battery installation with ehomes. I was given false information before signing up. I was told that I would no longer need my solar inverter and could sell it, but when their contractor came to install after waiting way too long for my installation, he said no, that would void my panels warranty....Their facebook ad states that my home would be "blackout proofed" ... not so, this is a blatant lie, their contractor electrician said this is not so, but that if I buy him a "box of beer" he would blackout proof 2 circuits....So another $50 ....Their contractor, Henry, made some mistakes with the installation and had to come back twice to fix things, he had connected the wrong wires at the meterbox....causing my electricity use to double....then he dropped his phone in wall cavity and offered a "free power point" to retrieve it....then one of my lights no longer works, it was fine before he came...it now blows the bulb every time the bulb is inserted. I have asked him to come and fix this, but he has fobbed me off and I did contact ehomes asking for this to be fixed and the installation checked as after the comedy of errors from their contractor, I don't feel very safe. I have not heard back after a couple of weeks so I have to get my own electrician to come and check to make sure my electricity is safe and won't burn my house down and to fix the light that keeps blowing. So NO, I don't recommend this company, it has been a nightmare for me. I'm attaching a screenshot of ehomes ad where they clearly claim that I could use my electricity during a blackout!!
